Wastage cost is too high comparing to other jewllery shops and they say no making charges. They include making charges in wastage. Worst experience i ever had. Disappointed. Designs & models are very very less. Those can be improved.

Staffs are well behaved. Sivakumar floor manager are well knowledge and very polite. They have more collection. Car parking also available. We can trusted them invest as much as possible in gold chit.

The place was lit and exciting as usual. I don't know if what I am going to say next,is good or bad. Since the store is popular and worthy for the money we spend - it was crowded. But at the same time,i felt it wasn't that good information because of the pandemic. But everyone implemented proper protection against the virus. They did a temperature check outside the store and made everyone use sanitizer. The store closed soon,though. Around 8 PM. The jewelry wasn't as expensive as it was before. Cost was reduced around 2-4k for platinum bracelets,gold chains,etc. It is a good store compared to other famous jewelry stores. There is convinient seating,also,in case,you are tired of standing. The staff are really helpful in directing us to any places in the store and finding the suitable jewelry for the customers.
