⭐️ The Samoa enriches the Timmendorf city center with a selected cuisine, with a focus on fish dishes, a modern design and friendly Nordic staff ⭐️ This evening [December 15, 2023] we stumbled upon the new opening of the Samoa Restaurant right in the heart of Timmendorf. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff who looked after us excellently throughout the entire visit. Unfortunately, we had already eaten something beforehand, so we only had one drink today - which is why a review of the food will follow after a second visit. What we could see on the other guests' plates looked very promising. But there are now 5 stars for the central location, the friendly staff, the ingenious interior design and the great charm, which is very good for Timmendorf, which is sometimes a bit outdated. [Update December 17, 2023] We stopped by again for another beer and a few snacks after the ice hockey in Timmendorf, and this time we were again totally impressed by the ambience and the service. This time we can also give initial feedback on the food. The starters we tried were terrific. The fries are crisp and fresh, the goat cheese is spicy, the soup is hot and tasty. We are already looking forward to our next visit for the main course.

A beautiful concept that is successful in all areas. Open kitchen, perfect ambience and super nice, friendly service staff (thanks Ron) who take great care of their guests. Personally, I enjoyed entering the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and shown to the table. And this is where the magic begins. Great tables, chairs and benches. The restaurant with black and gold lamps and metal frogfish on the walls. A great view into the open kitchen (the boys enjoy cooking and you could literally feel it) It took less than 2 minutes from the time we ordered the drinks to the table. The excellent food was at the table about 20 minutes later. One can only congratulate this cuisine, a real pleasure. Well prepared, great dishes and the napkins with the Samoa logo. I'm still thrilled with the great card. Great price-performance ratio. We would like to say a big compliment and thank you to Samao and its employees.

A real enrichment for Timmendorf. Super nice service, cool atmosphere and they can cook too. Sushi as a starter, tuna steak, corn-fed chicken breast and tiramisu, all really excellent. Worth a visit.

We stumbled in spontaneously in the afternoon and were more than pleasantly surprised!!! Great food and very friendly and attentive service!!!

Simply outstanding! We visited for dinner today with our dog. I reserved in advance on the website. The restaurant makes a great impression from the outside and inside! As previously requested, our table was well suited for taking a dog with us. The food (sushi, ribeye steak, salmon) was just perfect! Quality, taste and price-performance were all right. Tip: Order a portion of truffle fries with your steak and enjoy with the port wine sauce! The service was also very good! I'm looking forward to next time!

I recently dined at Samoa and it exceeded all my expectations. The cozy ambiance, attentive staff, and an extensive menu made for a delightful experience. The chef's culinary skills shone through in each dish, presenting a perfect balance of flavors. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a culinary delight. My girlfriend's sushi was world class and fresh! My fried salmon was also excellent! The children were also taken care of. In addition, the service is quick and attentive. We had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

In the online reservation I included “birthday” as the occasion. We were greeted warmly and the woman celebrating her birthday was warmly and unobtrusively congratulated on her birthday. The very positive impression continued with the service, the food and the overall ambience. We will definitely come back and can expressly recommend Samoa.

New Samoa in Timmendorfer Strand. We think it's very well done, has a chic, feel-good atmosphere without being too stuffy and has nice staff. Food was fresh and really tasty! Definitely make a reservation, as a new restaurant attracts many guests who are eager to try it. 😉 This can be easily done online. 👍🏻

With such a great store you have to speak up. The food, ambience and service were really more than satisfactory. I would particularly like to praise the employees here. Rarely, perhaps never before, have we had such friendly and warm service. Even if we have to spend more money than usual, it's still worth it. The sushi was the best we have ever eaten. Many thanks to the kitchen, the service and the entire Samoa team. We would be happy to come back.
