Old but Gold. Aug 3-8,2022. I stayed for 5 nights and I felt at home. It's not a luxury hotel so what you payed for is what you get. The 2 Kitchens are simple yet accessible. You can also share your left over food if you check out in the fridge. Fridge, Stove, Water kettle,microwave oven fully functional. Utensils are available. (no bread toaster, rice cooker). Weekends are pretty noisy outside coz the area was a red light district before. They have bars just outside the hostel so it would be pretty lively. Earplugs are available downstairs at the entrance.The windows are soundproof. Close it and you'll be fine. Showers are lovely. Toilets are Clean. The only thing that bothers me are the doors, it gives a loud bang so I'm always trying to be slow when opening and closing so as not to disturb my room mates. The hostel has its own charms. I like it. Beds are already made. No towels though so you have to bring your own. Beds are comfy. I have a tiny lamp and a socket so I can charge my gadgets.

We had a delightful time with breakfast & overall friendly environment in the cafe. It is certainly recommendable.

Super cool concept, super nice hostel. The specific room I booked had privacy curtains, which I quite appreciated. Two 24/7 kitchens, big bathrooms, nice staff. Due to the parties which occur a few nights of the week/end, this might be a loud stay during hot Summer nights, but the insulated windows absolutely block the noise out.

I stayed there for 2 nights. All the areas of the hostel were clean and I faced no problems whatsoever regarding the service. Remember though that it's still a hostel and not a 5star resist. Nice, helpful staff. Yes the hostel is located on a street with lively nightlife meaning it can be loud even late at night but that was not a issue for me. Just go grab a beer with the noisy people and it'll also help you sleep easier😉

Very interesting hostel atmosphere! It's not easy to get sleep. No air conditioning unit so I had to keep the window open all night so that I could be a little cooler which meant I could hear the people on the street below partying until like 3:00am! And it was Thursday. The facility isn't very booked so that was nice! I had the room almost completely to myself!

An ok place to sleep, a bit noisy at times, so use airplugs. It is situated in the center of the city, so you can easily walk around to different sites. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing chai latte, super nice staff, many vegan options; a great place to have a coffee/ brunch/ just chat with friends:) Also the have the cutest quirky interior! My favorite place in Lübeck☮️💟

More collection than hostel but clean, in the centre, good facilities. In weekend can be busy because of the bars in the street

The kitchen was very nice. Bedrooms were fantastic because so big. Staff was friendly. Pretty strict covid-wise (you have to wear a mask everywhere except in the bedrooms). The bar downstairs is super nice and chill. It's gets really loud outside especially on the weekend because the hostel is above a few different bars, so you can either close the windows and suffocate or leave the windows open and freeze and it be noisy.. location is fantastic otherwise, really close to everything.

Super loud music and noise of a bar opposite to the hostel. Plus, the awful smell of trashes near the hostel entrance. We stayed nine days and did not have ANY quiet night. The reception service did not bother to check and send back your DHL delivery. Rooms and cleanness are OK.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and clean, we had a great breakfast and the service was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. It is for us an 'alternative' place, nothing is uniformed there and you can come dressed as you like. We felt like the straight guys in the street, but really enjoyed it. Will visit again!
