Wir haben kürzlich einen einwöchigen Urlaub in der Villa WellenRausch verbracht und hoffen, dieses bald wiederholen zu können. Besonders positiv haben wir das liebevoll angerichtete und am Tisch servierte Frühstück in Erinnerung behalten. Täglich änderten sich dabei einzelne Bestandteile, was das ganze abwechslungsreich hielt. Die Qualität der Komponenten war immer super. Der Spatzenverein auf der Frühstücksterrasse sorgte zusätzlich für Unterhaltung 😉 Zu empfehlen sind auch die abendlichen Cocktails, hervorragend gemischt vom Hausherrn! Die gesamte Hotelmannschaft strahlt Freude an ihrer Tätigkeit aus!

Nice and charming hotel in the great location near the beach. Very friendly staff. The room was a bit small but clean. There were no air conditioning which was only minus in this hotel.

Fantastic hotel,, beautiful restored building, very modern inside with all mod coms in bedrooms,, lovely friendly attentive staff and the buffet breakfast was perfect start to the day,, everything about the Villa was charming and comfortable. Excellent,, so pleased we found this lovely hotel at the German seaside,, didn't want to stay in an ordinary box of a place,, well the Villa is certainly not ordinary,, full of character, comfortable well furnished rooms, great breakfast & friendly attentive staff and management,, perfect base for a few days away,, just 1.5 hours drive from Hamburg airp & 30 mins from Lübeck,, perfect,, by the way,, Travemunde is a little hidden gem of a resort,, will definitely visit again,,

Und nun etwas näher erläutert: bereits am Telefon bei der Buchung fühlt man sich sehr willkommen. Kein Abfertigen hier, kein starres Abfragen da. Ebenso beim Einchecken... man kommt an, das Erste, was man dann in der Hand hat, ist ein Glas Sekt (optional kann man anderes wählen) und findet sich in einem bequemen Sessel vor dem Kamin wieder. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Bad vielleicht etwas klein, aber ausreichend, zumal man eine Badewanne darin findet (wobei ich an dieser Stelle nicht sagen kann, ob das alle Zimmer betrifft). Man merkt, dass auf Details geachtet wird, egal, ob es Dekoration (zusammen passend, schlicht, nicht überladen), Sauberkeit, oder Kaffee-, Teestation (beides vorhanden inkl. Wasserkocher) betrifft. Aktuell (Covid-Zeit) gibt es ein "Versuchs-Programm", mit dem man es für alle Besucher entspannter und ungezwungener machen möchte. Man kann "credits sammeln", die man dann am Ende auf verschiedene Weisen einlösen kann. Eine davon ist, dass man sie für die leider seltener werdenden Schweinswale in der Ostsee spenden kann... und... wie toll ist denn bitte diese Idee 🐳💙 Wir haben die Villa Wellenrausch zufällig entdeckt und sind darüber sehr froh! Es ist ein toller Ort, um ein verlängertes Wochenende darin zu verbringen oder auch einen entspannten Strandurlaub mit mehreren Tagesausflügen. Zum Strand benötigt man zu Fuß entspannte 5 bis 7 Minuten. Alle Menschen, die zur Villa gehören (ich benutze an dieser Stelle mit Absicht nicht das Wort "Angestellte*r oder Mitarbeiter*in), sind sehr menschlich, empathisch, witzig, alles wirkt wie eine große Familie.
