very
nice
restaurant
with
incredibly
lovely
staff.
The
food
was
of
high
quality,
the
duck
was
delicious.
The
duck
liver
pate
with
apple
mousse
was
a
delicacy
(it
came
as
an
extra
we
didn't
order
it).
The
best
thing
served,
picture
below.
HOWEVER,
I
ordered
the
duck
with
honey
glazed
carrots
with
pepper
cream
sauce.
The
sauce
was
not
creamy
and
I
couldn't
taste
the
pepper
at
all.
I
didn't
even
get
peppercorns
to
bite
into!
Clearly
the
sauce
was
very
important
to
me
here
for
this
particular
dish.
And
it
was,
I
love
honey
glazed
carrots
but
I
need
Peper
cream
sauce
to
balance
out
the
sweetness.
So
in
terms
of
taste
I
would
give
the
food
three
stars.
The
explanation
from
the
waiter
is
that
the
sauce
was
made
to
cater
to
the
German
palet
which
I
understand
but
then
don't
call
is
a
pepper
cream
sauce.
Because
it
really
wasn't
one
at
all.
Also
it
was
obvious
I
wasn't
German.
So
they
could've
asked
if
I
wanted
a
proper
pepper
cream
sauce.
Also
the
table
had
no
salt
or
pepper
on
it,
which
we
found
a
bit
strange.
Anyway
still
the
staff
are
lovely
and
I
would
recommend
the
restaurant.
Just
don't
order
the
Pepper
cream
sauce
if
you
like
it
creamy
and
peppery.
