I was happy with their treatment once upon a time... But surely not now in Corona time. Had a very bad experience. They are money minded.. They just cage u.. if u enter for a certain problem, they just don't mind writing their own cooked up stories in the patients file and force u for Covid test. Forcing to go for Covid package, stating it's just 12k per day.. Horrible experience

Don't go to this hospital. Especially for delivery or gynecology.. without scan or test, they will ask you to admit and these doctors scared me that 1. I can't go out of the hospital 2. I m in serious health issue ( I HAVE IRREGULAR PERIOD). 3. Doctors will treat you like a illiterate. I am PhD holder and a lecturer in a college. I really feel bad about poor people. 4. You have to wait atleast half a day for a normal treatment or consultation In 2019, for delivery and family planning , they kept me 10 days.. after family planning, they threw my to a general ward directly from operation ward without proper dress. They want subjects for their students.. During delivery, they didn't get the consent from me to see the labour by 40 students. Yes, 40 students watched me giving labour to my baby. They won't tell you about your treatment and condition.. If they ask you to admit.. you have to.. when they ask you to leave.. you can.. otherwise it will be like a jail. You can't contact people outside.. no signal inside the ward. Government hospitals are much safer and experienced people are there.. pls don't send poor people to this hospital I gave 1 star because Children's doctors and Dental doctors are really realy good.. and very less cost for treatment comparing to other places.

I went to the hospital for orthopaedic treatment on 12-07-22. Very poor service. They took MRI on 13-07-22. They didn't prepare the MRI report even on 14-07-22 Doctors themselves says that they charge less money for MRI scans and we will provide treatment to that level only. When I objected the statement, they told to go for MIOT hospital, where I had taken earlier treatment. I merely wasted three days and 2500 rupees at Tagore hospital to took knee treatment. If this is there attitude for minor cases likes me, what is the fate trauma cases admitted in the hospital. God only save them. So don't approach the hospital unless it less emergency. Very very sad experience.

All the talented doctors have left the hospital. Heard management is not paying the doctors and cheating them. Even security person illtreats you and uses abusive language. Worst management. Medical Students should not spoil their life in this empty hospital.

Went for Master health check up. Though they claim total package is very cheap, not upto the expectation with other hospitals. I did it in Apollo, Global hospital, SIMS etc..but here it is far below than Govt hospital. For any master checkup, first begin with basic measurement of height/weight/BP etc...then past history recording and then blood tests/USG etc...here nowhere it is done. After payment, they give you slips for xray, ECG, USG etc .and advice us to meet cardiologist even before test results. Similarly, final test report comes without stool analysis. All doctors consultations rooms are filled with Students and noisy. Nobody is serious about hearing and just like that advising something as if we do car/bike service. Just before General medicine consultation , nurse asked me to do weight checking. I have shocked , 4 kg lesser than my home weighing machine (cross checked again with another hospital to double confirm). So, basic weight machine is not good one ,how can we believe other blood test results which are values manually typed by technicians. I am not satisfied at all with Tagore. Many man power like staffs , nurses employed and chit chatting without taking care of Patients. If management seriously wants to improve the image then cut down 50% manpower drastically. Efficient people is sufficient! After that, i consulated with my local doctor paying 200rs for test report analysis. Very beginning , she rejected my Tagore test reports saying not trust worthy. Luckily I did basic tests with Thyrocare which helped her to go through line by line and advised me. So, lesson learnt is, Cheap cost means cheap service too.

I cannot give less than one start. Worst hospital. Very worst college. Nothing properly maintained. Dear students its free advice, don't ever join here. Apart from fees, they will collect amount frequently for no reason, that even they won't mention in the bill. Month ago they collect exam fee which is 2700, but in the bill they mentioned 1700(actual exam fee is 1700 only), remaining 1000 is for their packet. My dears personally experienced.....

Very worst hospital I have ever visited. As I am a dentist myself went for wart removal in my toe. Initially Dr. Elizabeth (PG in general surgery) gave injection shots(ankle block) directly on my ankle nearly 8 times instead of toe . Followed by, she directly started the procedure even after I informed her that I didn't felt numbness. I was in terrific pain with bleeding,then came senior doctor and gave injection shot(ring block) on my toe and get it done within few minutes she completed the procedure. Finally,all doctors are searching for cotton,gauze and suture material with glove hand roaming here and there (am still bleeding).They have zero regrets for their carelessness.Kindly,don't ever visit this hospital for God sake

I took my mother this sunday with ear infection. As it was sunday only one Doctor was available in casualty but we asked for ENT specialist but were not available. They checked her and gave her some medicine with not instruction on how to use it (drops), its was not cured. Instead it gave even more pain. The next day we went to other clinic near our house. That Doctor said that the medicine priscribed was wrong thats why the infection got more affected. So please do give correct treatment to patients.

Don't go to this hospital. My 10 years old son had to cut open his fiber cast in his hand, after 5weeks of cast. They are asking practice doctor only to do this with no guidance, no supervision of any doctor. The practice doctor does not know to cut open that fiber cast and he did with iduki( gorge). He was not allowing us in and he was saying that he knows everything. After 20 mins, my son was crying with lot of pain, we all went running, the practice doctor left that iduki inside the cast which squeezed the flesh of my son's hand. Another practice doctor came and he threatened my son not to cry an he also tried to open the cast. Then later only the doctor came and he did the cutting of the cast. My son had deep bruises and blood came in his hand because of what the practice doctor did. We as middle class have no choice of complaining anything to anyone, even if they use our children for their practice and we should not cry if anything happens to the child also. God will definitely reward for what they have done. My advice to everyone, pls do not go to Tagore hospital, especially for any ortho problem.

Very very worst service. No proper response. Went tagore for master health checkup on 05.10.2023 at 8am in fasting. Upto 9.15 am no proper reply and response from anyone. No person in billing also. Finally I met Medical superintendent at 9.25, he assigned a person along with me. They took the fasting blood sample at 10.10 am even no patients. After that we wne for breakfast then waiting ling "Q" for other tests. I am not new for Master health checkup. I am taking every year in different hospital, I never seen such kind of issue anywhere. I am not interested to come again to tagore hospital. After fasting blood test took at 12.30. Wait for report till 2.30 pm. Again I raised the concern to Medical superintendent office. They arranged doctor till report ready. Finally I got lunch at 4pm Note - Basic checks not done till 2.30pm like BP, Weight and height. While asking they told regular staff not available. Have doubt such kind of medical College hospital have only one staff? They can't arrange any other for that? One lady Ms.Sneha struggle lot to do all the work with 3 apprenticeship students Don't know what hospital admin and HR department doing. Simply waste management I suggest don't go tagore hospital,

Highly highly recommend this place..i had to take an MRI scan for a injury and i was suggested by my neighbour..i had my own doubts.. But that's was the right decision..they were so super helpful right from the entering the premises meeting the doctors and taking the scan..every one was so so very compassionate to every patient. i happened to visit a star hospital near the place where I live and had a bad experience..this hospitals need to reach more people to continue to serve people

Hi , I am doing dialysis for past 2 month in Tagore hospital, always my wife will come with me as a attender , my wife went pharmacy to buy Napkin , but pharmacist not given napkin asking prescription , without prescription we will not give....., I never seen such a management...... Shame on this ? In your hospital nurse or lady house keeping suddenly need napkin means , what was your procedure

We had a very comfortable & smooth experience. The nursing & supporting staffs are very courteous & takes care of all the minute requirements very well.

I admitted my father for an emergency yesterday as he was suffering from severe breathlessness and it was the nearby hospital. 1. The doctors/nurses in the emergency put on O2 mask yet the oxygen level was keep declining and it was 35. I asked the nurse why his oxygen level was declining despite the oxygen mask was on . That’s when they noticed the mas was not connected properly and immediately adjusted it. Can’t they even look at the monitor and guess what went wrong there (even I can guess it) rather than showing attitude ? 2. His BP was 240, and they asked me to get the tablet from the pharmacy. I had to run to the pharmacy and explain the people in queue that it’s an emergency to to get first , get the tablet and rush back to emergency to give the tablet which took 10 mins. I never knew high BP can wait for minutes. 3. His body was collapsing without proper oxygen and no one around his bed. They just put on the mask and left. Finally they asked me to shift him to ICU , but I was afraid that I had to go get the medicine by fighting and skipping the line which will still take time and there will be a delay in starting the treatment. So shifted him to another hospital against medical advice. To the management - please ask the doctors to check if the mask of properly connected to the oxygen cylinder. Else no use of keeping o2 mask. Thanks,

Today I visited the hospital for my wife,s eye check up . Earlier about three years back I had been to that hospital for .y wife,s eye check up and Lso my ear check.today what I saw was atleast 100 percent improvement in cleanliness and service. The wards lounges out patients rooms were all very good.I felt that I can recommend for my friends for normal ailments as the hospital has improved leaps and bounds.it is very cheap as well.

Very worst experience faced yesterday (5th Oct.) evening 6.45 pm... Need full refund for our unpleasant experience. Wish to raise my concern with MD if possible. Just came for normal fever, but doctor was very rude who collected the details without check anything asked me to admit in bed and confirmed it as dengue... I know I get fever yearly once and normal paracetamol injection will resolve my issue... however I requested for injection they denied and started to provide drips immediately. Finally nobody couldn't find the vain and connect properly, it got bulgged. 4 times they tried, but couldn't do it. So I again asked will you give paracetamol injection atleast now, but they denied again. So decided to move out. Never seen this kind of behavior. The cost and time what I have spent in your medical intuition is totally waste. Seems like money minded 🤔. Hospital should take necessary action on this.

Hospital is neat & clean. Staffs are supportive for new & outside Patients. Services and OPD procedure is easy. Doctor is well behaved and give proper time to the patient with proper guidelines.

Extremely helpful team of Doctors, Nurses and other staff, Hospital is very well maintained and hygiene is their top priority. Surprised to see that Washrooms were always clean everytime we visit.

Poorest medical service ... I have given RT-PCR test there and its been 3 days now... no results came .. and poor response from the medical team too. I would suggest not go there
