Beautiful, hidden place A historical building built in 1904 if I'm not mistaken

Great Place to Spend your Vacation. Having a nice garden , Mt. LAVINIA Beach front, Very clean and Beautiful Pool. Staff also very kind and Humble.

Not a great experience with La Bella Epoque with the following reasons 1. They took way long time to deposit the refund I am not sure why they were waiting for an order from the MD or whoever. the manager took my bank details three times and didnt transfer until i had to warn him if the money is not deposited by the end of the day i will have to take some other step to get my refund. 2. They were accusing us that their towels were lost but I don’t understand how they came to a conclusion that we took them as no one used their towels because no one stayed in the place over night it was just a night function and they refunded the money by deducting 15K for three towels which is highly unlikely that three towels getting lost after a function and costing 15K. 3. No one mentioned that they will charge extra 50K for switching on the AC for the hours of the party 4. I really wanted to talk to a higher authority person regarding my issues but the manager didnt give me a contact till the very end.

Place has so much potential just badly run. Has two huge rooms/suites that have been built very well, just has a small AC that doesn't serve any purpose. So don't expect a comfortable stay. The 'hall' in the main building is also very warm no proper air conditioning. The staff obviously outsourced, seem like they don't have proper direction, and the person who seems to be in charge looks like he's all over the place too.

Had my son's wedding ceremony on the 27th of August. One of the worst places for hospitality management . Right from the begining the person identified him self as "The manager" was not responsible enough to provide some drinking water and had tried to sell bottled water to the guests at the rate of Rs.160.00 each which were price marked at Rs.35.00. At night before the dancing floor was brought to an end with the cease of band he had ordered the catering service to wrap up the buffet. Thus many guests including the groom's parents had to leave without the dinner. The room provided to the honey mooning couple on B&B basis was also with no water. In short these people have never heard even the word "Hospitality Service". If anyone is interested in experiencing how hospitality industry "Must not Be"; La Belle Epoque is the place.

I went for a wedding reception.. it has a huge land space to do out door events.

Place needs renovation. Good for corporate functions such as day outings

Ample parking makes the venue very welcoming. The staff are kind and helpful. There are good locations for a decent photoshoot. However the owners should improve the bathrooms to cater to bigger crowds. The upstair rooms are ideal for bridal party but the ac needs to be improved as the single unit can't handle a bigger crowd.

Attended an outdoor wedding at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making the event memorable. The food exceeded expectations, offering a delightful culinary experience. However, the parking situation was a bit chaotic, causing some inconvenience. Despite this, the excellent service and delicious food contributed to a positive overall impression. Improved parking management would enhance the overall guest experience.

Hosted our engagement here which was very successful. Has a beautiful garden area and is an ideal scenic location for the event. Food was awesome, and all our guests enjoyed the event. The management, specially Mr. Johnson, and staffs had everything organized to point and was very supportive to make the event very memorable to us.

PSSL organized an event here for a model shoot. The location was situated in calm surrounding with ample parking. Ideal for a small wedding or gathering. Fantastic pool overlooking the ocean.

Such a beautiful venue.. but not maintained ...such a shame.. the washrooms were leaking water n management was dismissive of it.. if your having an even you need an event manager to push them as they are not reliable..

The venue is pretty big. Price is too much for one day imo but I guess that's because of the ocean view from the first floor.

Today i called to book this place for friends dayout.. but the manager (who answerthe cl) of this hotel very rude.. 🥴 so..i changed my mind...

We conducted one of our interviews in La Belle for two days and their service was very good. Special thank goes to Mr. Jhon who supported us immensely to make our event success. The Management and the staff is very flexible. Would highly recommend this place.

Attended an event here so I am not sure about the management. But the place itself is beautiful and perfect for small functions and gatherings.
