worst food... Chef doesn't knw soup. We orderd hot and sour soup but what we get is a mix between hot and sour and tomato. Starters were also not good. Surprisingly, breads were ok or better then Ok. Service is poor... Only one or two unprofessional person to attend whole restaurant.

Whenever I think about having a nice dinner with my family outside, this is the first place that comes to my mind. It's not expensive at all and the food is tasty. The place u wanna visit as a break from everyday food. Inside has a good vibe.. The only problem is that on weekends (or even on some weekdays) the place is usually completely full. U don't wanna go there if you want to spend some time alone and away from others. You might have to wait in line for a table. I went there like 20 times already and out of those twenty, one time during the day.. the food was awful, but the service and food provided the other 20 times make up for it. It's honestly "ONE OF THE BEST DECENT FAMILY RESTAURANTS" in the city. Thank you for reading till the end. 😊

The place is good till you don't face any problems in your room. I had damaged fittings in both my rooms, neither they gave room replacement, not were they able to fix it. When you express your concern, they argue and I literally got threatened and by owner's name!

I stayed in executive room with good interiors for business trip.. Bathroom there was no water in taps for 02 days for bath.. After constant complaint they could do it repaired on last day of stay.

Nice food, tasty. Didn't took time to serve the food after the order was placed. Staff was also good and polite.

We have very bad exprience of Hotel Rama's viz. Manager behaviour is very poor, poor house keeping, poor room service, hiegine not maintained, Many channel not activated in TV and AC switched from outside but rooms and location of hotel realy good. Overall not good to stay

The arrangement here is not good, the owner here is very rude, he does not know how to talk to people.

2 stars for quick service, however the food itself was pretty much blant and tasteless. The restaurant is cozy, but quickly feels over crowded and cramped once 4 or more groups enter. Tables are small even for 4 people to sit at, but you get the same seating even with 6 people.
