Dont stay here.. the reception person is very rood and the facility is zero compare to there prices... highly recommend to dont stay here......

Affordable place for staying in Ratlam. Rooftop cafe's ambience is very nice. Food is wonderful.

Old property and that is also not maintained well. Staff is very rude and pricing also very high location also a concern. Very bad experience. Highly disappointed😞

Facilities like a local lodge and charging like 5 star. Eg: one bottle water they are changing Rs.35 and when I asked the front desk person's behaviour was very bad. As they have marriage garden and conference halls they are not bothering about rooms. Front desk people's behaviour also very bad.

Worst hotel to stay When they dont have hot water then they will say if u want to take bath then take with cold water otherwise don't. And staff is also saying Hamare yaha aisa hi hota hai....

Everything was good, except the hot water which was just near to hot, even after throwing 3-4 buckets of water as mentioned by staff. Check in check out pricing was reasonable, staff was good.

The best hotel ever seen in Ratlam l.

Old hotel with three star facilities. Terrif is affordable. Rooms are big in with comparison with new hotels. But service is a matter B'coz staff limitation. Fixtures are old but ok. But some bathrooms have issues. Over good for budgeted stay.
