Worst taste in the city of food, today my first and last visit to there,I ordered Punjabi dum aloo it cost 240/- and other panir vegetable are nearly 260 but I amazed to see the dum aloo having small pieces of one potato in yellow colour gravy. And it was horrible to us. I think they make us fool because I buy 3 rs potato in rs 240. My maid makes better potato curry than these and serves me. Regards Hemant sharma

Good test nice preparation pure vegetarian, little expensive. A nice place for lunch and dinner while you are traveling and passing through Ratlam city.

Very close to Railway station. Food is good and restaurant is full with local crowd. Corridor carpet is in bad shape and has huge spots of water seepage. House keeping is not cooperative. Reception is overloaded so getting things done is a task.

Ratlam best place for dinning , stay and party Amazing place to dine. The food was delicious i Love each and every dish. and services was fantastic Neat, Clean, Safe and Attractive. Prompt, courteous and service in the restaurant good service means a friendly, welcoming service. I always prefer this place for dinner.

Best in Ratlam. Amazing food. Rooms are okay but overall condition and infrastructure is withering.

Cool place for dinner, stay. This place is good to host big events. Book this place in advance as it is most of the time occupied. Staff behaviour is helpful and polite. There are usually some ongoing events happening in the hotel premises which makes restaurant ambience disturbing. Due to these events, the restaurant is always engaged by the movement of mobs, sounds from these events which is an unpleasant experience to customers. Also, their yelling Live Music pathetic which is a big nuisance for a turn off to enjoy the food.

One of the top family dining to have in Ratlam, great ambiance with tasty food, being an amazing dining place waiting is a concern.Staff is friendly and cooperative.

Pathetic Service, not even able to provide spoon in last 2 hrs… service is worst den a local dharamshala… Road par so jana pr ye hotel book mat karna…. Better book an OYO room…. Their service would be much better…. Simply waste of money….. Regards Ashish chouhan..

Hotel is 3-Star. Most value for money Hotel rather best in Ratlam. Stayed there for a night, comfortable bed, cleaned bedsheets and all the kits were provided. Food is bit costly, but complementary breakfast is there with good variety (poha, Idli, Paratha, fruits, juices and tea-coffee). Kids totally loved the place.

Food is good in taste , good on stomach and health , little bit costly.

The restaurant was very bad. The food, service, taste was not worth the money they are asking for. VERY BAD HOSPITALITY, the Manger was very RUDE. One of the worst experiences.

The dinning experience was at worst over here, to indulge more seating they have added tables on the floor which is the space to walk for waitres and managers. The manager was also rude. Rates are high compared to the ambience and taste of the food. Does not recommend, especially when you are going with family of more than 10 people as you will just be occupied ordering, waiting, and ensuring that right order and food is placed on your table and listening to their unwanted playlist at high volume. Not recommended.

Well appointed spacious rooms. Very closed to the Ratlam railway station. The main market is walkable distance. Serves pure vegetarian fares. Eggs not served. Breakfast spread is good. Overall value for money.

Worst experience ever..the food seems to be ok, however sitting arrangement was worst.. waiters were not even bothered for sitting arrangement and serving of food was way too late..AC was not working..they made us sit near cooking area so the room was hot.. with such an expensive menu one would obviously expect far better service then provided..Also last but not the least bowls were also not provided for cleaning hands..you guys seriously think twice before going to such an expensive place with such a bad service..

We booked room for our friend for their marraige, we paid 5 days in advance but still they failed in giving room at time and didn't even decorated room. We have even paid in advance and shown receipt as well but staff has behaved very rudely and they were not even aware about booking. Worst experience in hotel ever. Strictly prohibit this hotel

Pathetic service, I booked a room and asked for decoration of the same. The advance was paid 5 day in advance. And it was confirmed by the staff on phone that everything will done by the evening in the day of booking. But during check in, the receptionist refused to provide the room by saying there was no such booking. The behaviour was very rude and since I have booked the room for my guests, it was so embarassing to have them wait for half an hour. I strongly recommend not to book the hotel.

Went to Flavours restaurant located in the hotel. Some great dishes. Nice ambience and sitting. Superb service. Cost friendly. Worth a visit

Location is good. Close to ratlam bus stand. The ambience of hotel called Flavours is also good. They have two type of seating - normal and cafe. The taste of food is also nice. Service is prompt. Good staff.

You need good and curtious staff to make good rooms to great property. The staff need to be groomed to be polite,sympathetic and curtious. The body language and gestures say it all that may be they are getting too much of business to handle. On breakfast table no water served. On request one partially filled water bottle was provided. On next request 3 empty glasses were provided among 4 guest sitting on dinning table.awsome. There was constant flow of leakage in wc of #326 where I stayed. Among 3 rooms on request for late check out of one room till 1.30 to 2 pm was denied straight away even on the week days. Yes they are getting too much of business. True.
