It's a good Resort far from the city. Their big garden is very beautiful with fruit trees of avacodos, gooseberry sapodilla and more. The rooms are ok. Breakfast was better than the other hotels we stayed at. From outside it's looks like a luxury resort but inside it's not. Bathrooms toilet seats are loose. Their beds are not comfortable they have a nice balcony in the room.

The hospitality of the hotel left the deepest impression and made up for all the other areas that fell short. The staff were always attentive and ready to be of service with a smile and absolutely commendable attitude that made the stay a pleasant one. The downsides I would say are the room and food. The exterior looked beautifully maintained but the room was old, mould on the blinds, flat pillows, warm water took a long time to come on, we had to call the staff 3 times. Room wifi wasn’t stable, had to go to the lobby to make a video call. Food was passable, generally overly salty. The tours were fine, except that i could hardly understand the English nor chinese spoken by the guide assigned to us, and not exactly very informative.

We booked our rooms from the website, and they upgraded for free to the junior suite with the best view of Chitwan National Park. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist had the warmest vibe. And the guide was so helpful and fun, he took us to the best places in Chitwan. Mostly, the buffet meals were delicious and fresh. The ingredients they used from straight from their own farm.

The staff was very friendly, cooperative and we were always greeted with the warmest smile. Sushil Pathak, one of the staff, was the very kind during our entire stay. The guide was very helpful. Also the buffet meals were fresh. We specifically asked for Jain food (without onion and garlic) and they made sure that it was pure as well as delicious. If you’re visiting Chitwan National Park, this is the best resort where they provide affordable package for all the activities.

The room and property is nice. Huge area, so there is lots of greenery. Rooms are big and nice. However, service needs to be improved. They had kept two 500 ml water bottles for a double room. Not enough. The food looked good but didn't taste good and gave stomach problems. The hotel is located near the elephant riding area but far from the main Sauraha market. Good place to have planning events but not good for those seeking jolly time in Sauraha and want to see sunset by the river.

The park is set in a stunning forested area, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The lush greenery, tall trees, and tranquil atmosphere make it a perfect escape from the bustling city life. The park is well-maintained, and the walking trails allow visitors to explore the beauty of nature at their own pace.Landmark Forest Park offers a wide array of attractions that cater to different interests. One of the highlights is the Forest Safari, a guided tour that provides an informative and enjoyable experience about the park's flora and fauna. The park also features a treetop trail, where you can walk through the canopy and enjoy panoramic views. The wildlife exhibits, including red squirrels and birds of prey, are educational and entertaining.

I am Indian who visited this place with such high expectations seeing the high reviews. But I feel responsible to speak loud the reality. Stinky moist mold smelling rooms, poor and slow internet, noise making bed frame, smells like toilet (they opened the loo outlet), bad Tharu dance (no gals in dance team), rude staff (kept on talking on phone forever, so so many things, worst is the moldly smell in room. I stayed and regretted so so much. I had travelled with kids, mother in law, and my in laws. Saddest beyond anything. I am not sure how it was a 4 star hotel, and I am pretty sure those high reviews are all fake. Please don’t stay in this hotel. Overpriced and smelly and stinky. I have asthma, and the mold smell flared up my asthma.

These people have ruined my vacation. Hospitality was highly low grade. Tour operator was not competent enough. Local guide Ganesh was shouting at the guests and left the guests before tiger safari at the pity of some other local guide. Highly disappointing experience. Even after spending so much of money, services are not up to mark.

The resort is awesome. The service is nice and the rooms are luxurious. The only complaint is their breakfast. There were only a few choices of oily food and vegetables.

The place is excellent. The ambience is very nice and suits the location. They have plenty of trees in the premises from which they source fruits and vegetables like lemon, litchies, brinjal etc. The rooms are neat and tidy. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Especially Sushil Pathak at the restaurant was very polite and helped us with our food choices. Shankar at the reception was also very helpful. Overall the stay was really great

Our stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The staff, particularly Syan who is a master of crafting delicious cocktails, were extremely polite and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chitwan The only downside we experienced was the lack of hot water in the shower throughout the day.

I stayed at Landmark Forest Park in March of 2019. I think we were the last ones to checkout before things began shutting down in Nepal for COVID-19. The rooms were incredible - spacious, clean, well kept, have a wonderful view, with nice western style toilets. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Laundry service was very affordable and fast. The food in the dining room was always fantastic - fresh, hot and delicious. I would without a doubt recommend anyone stay here.

Rooms allocated was not exactly as shown in the online website . They moved us first to very old rooms which was not good all. Later, we requested and asked them to move us to better new rooms. We requested for one extra bed in one of the room which was not provided in the room. After asking for 2-3 times, finally at the night time , the arranged one extra bed . Food was good, swimming pool was good but not very clean. Overall, it's average stay for us.

It was a pleasure staying at this Hotel Land mark and which is become one of the my favourite place to spend time with my family and friends. The Hotel Land mark is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary welcome drink on arriving and tea Coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. Specially we thanks to Hotel Land mark General manager Mr. Raj Adhakari who made very special day for us. He is very genius person. Date of stay: 9th April 2022

Good value for money. They have a nice package. Breakfast is good, lunch and dinner decent. The canoe ride and EBC was really enjoyable. Tharu cultural show was also great. The only part that was a bit discomforting was when we had to wait in mid day sun during the safari as the other members of our jeep came 45 minutes late.

Excellent service, though it needs some minor cleaning at rooms, the staff maintenance a " Service with a smile" attitude. We were served by Mr Sushil Pathak and Ms Saru Kumal. They were excellent good going. The reception welcome was warm and relaxing. The hotel gleams with greenery and fruit trees. Well maintained swimming pool with kids pool adjacent to it. Thanks for the service.

Literally the best hotel in sauraha. Such a big area perfect for family trips. Located in just the perfect area and amazing food and hospitality. Will definitely stay everytime i am in sauraha

The only bad aspect in terms of location is, there is no proper local transportation, you need to call. Rooms were fine, nothing more or less than the cost paid. Services of hotel management was of good standard. You can be here with couple or friends, doesn't make that difference. Food, from my taste was average. Less spicy and seemed more hygienic than tasty. Cost of food is slightly above the average, the lowest cost breakfast is 1-2 dollars expensive, it is not big different, if you think food cost is not that high.

Staffs at hotel are very warm in welcoming and supporting for all your need. I stayed for three nights, the support we got from all staff was really great, especially from Sujan Majhi and Susil Pathak from restaurant department. They made special dishes for us by keeping our food taste in mind, took care of us as family and very soft spoken.
