Not even enough to give 1 star. Because the staff here is unpleasant to even talk about. I visited this institution for the first time. At the same time I was disgusted. The reason is that according to what I counted, nearly 11 employees were gathering and chatting and the customers coming to the place were not even acknowledged. In comparison, pizza hut, KFC and other institutions are always present at the ordering point or the cashier, but here, an employee did not report to the place until about 10 minutes after my visit. And when the food is served to the table, no cups or plates are given. I don't like to talk about the taste even of food. You have a lot to learn.☹️

😣 Here we had very bad experience with their poor customer service.👎 They have a lot to improve when it comes to their services.👨‍🍳 They didn't provide any plates to share the pizza. They just gave us only the cardboard box 📦👎 However, The taste was also not up to the expected level.👎 Parking facilities are available at the base of that building. It was little crowded in the noon. They don't have any feedback system where we can provide our ideas for the improvement of their service. Not recommended 👎 💔

If there is an option, I won't give a single star! You guys are terrible!! The most disgusting place in the town. DON'T GO THERE!!! No Taste at all!! Beside the taste, They don't know how to treat customers... Also, they don't know how to manage DINE-IN Order. No plates, no forks or knives given. They are just giving us the pizza inside the box. DOMINO'S Pizza is the worst!!! ESPECIALLY We are disappointing about the customer service. Also, they are asking us to pay first. That is because they don't provide quality service! I HATE DOMINO's FOREVER!!!! NEVER RECOMMEND FOR A FRIEND!!!! Go to Pizza Hut for a great taste and amazing friendly customer service!!! Pay after you eat. Not before. They are doing their best to supply everything customer ask. Plates, Cups and others. DOMINO's is a joke. You will get angry if you go there!!!

The crew who work here don't know how to treat their customers, actually even 1 star rating is too high to rate this place. Simply very bad customer service... :(

They are just considering fulfilling the demand. As an example, they don't have cups to serve drinks in, and they don't provide any plates to share the pizza. Worst Pizza experience ever..! I have tried dominos in Colombo area and never had any complaints. Today I tried dominos in Ratnapura and had the worst experience. The customer service is so poor. They are asking me to they cant deliver after I placed an order. And I even paid for it. I dont know why the manager is arrogant that much. DO NOT ORDER from this place. JUST GO TO THE PIZZA HUT. This place is destroying the brand name of Dominos. Isnt there even any area manager to check this place? Disappointed.

Today I went to the ratnapura branch. It's soo worth for the money. Customer service is excellent. Hope to come back again.thankyou

I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at the Domino's Pizza outlet in Rathnapura. The customer service was below par, not what I'd expect from a brand like Domino's. I placed an order for a pizza, hoping for a quick and tasty meal, but ended up waiting for a staggering 2 hours and 45 minutes. This wait time is excessive and certainly not in line with the service standards I've experienced at other Domino's outlets. It's unfortunate that such a well-known and loved brand has let down its standards in this particular location. I sincerely hope that the management will take note of this and work towards improving their service.

Bad experience in pizza dine-in. There isn't anyone at the counter for taking oders for 15min after my arrival. No proper menu. Paid through the Debit but no printed bill as well. Dirty table and poor ventilation made the experience worst. After 30 min pizza has been received saying problem in lack of staff. Pizza is same taste as usual.

This is the first time i went to the Ratnapura branch. Its yummy but this isnt about the food, this is about the customer service. Its really dirty inside the rathnapura branch. They dont hv any kind of idea about cleaning the tables cleaning the floor. Its really disgusting.

Rathnapura dominos location is not good and there is not enough parking place . There is 32 seats so its also not enough And I ordered 1 Regular HT Mighty meaty pizza It's price is Rs.1247 and Regular HT PM-Spicy chicken pizza. it's price is Rs.519 , it's cheap and tasty more then Rs.1247 pizza . I really disappointed with Mighty meat pizza and also I was satisfied with Spicy chicken pizza it's great taste and budget friendly . So I suggest this pizza.

Food's bad and the service is bad. If you really want to have a pizza, and a pleasant experience, this is NOT the place you wanna go.

Poor customer service. They don’t even notice me standing infront of the cashier for about 10 minutes.

The food is good. But the customer service is very poor. Workers are not friendly at all. They don't provide any plastic cups with the beverages. Has to drink from the big bottle which is really uncomfortable.

Really can't be satisfied with the service provided by dominoz. I made an online order, some food for the hospital through dominoz. Although they said that the order would be placed within 30 minutes, I had to wait for 40 minutes because their rider was not available (something unrelated to the customer). The details shown in the app are not updated. Whether the order is delivered or not, within 30 minutes, the orderer will automatically mark it as delivered. So it is not possible to guarantee that a good service was received. It is sad to say that ratnapura pizzahut provides a much better service than this.

I would give 5 star for the customer service. He informed us about upcoming promotions too. I really love their chicken kalupol roasties

customer care of the Ratnapura branch is not so dilicious as pizza. Some times no water, poor cleanliness of tables, delay of orders issue experienced many more times

The food is good but they don't even give a cup to drink. A little cup of sauce is also given. Bun is very thin.
