Pulun Ella is a butiful waterfall in Sabaragamuwa province.This place is found after 1.7 km of R/Pathakada Navodya School. A vehicle can be reached by this location On the side of the road, you can park your car near the shop. When you get to the waterfall, you will be surprised. Please, remember, this place is insecure. Do not bath people who can not swim. Do not come by drinking alcohol at this place. It is your duty to protect the environment.

Not a very big waterfall to seen in this area. The pool under the waterfall is great to have a bath and the road leads to the place is quite difficult to find. The route also very narrow and not an easy one to drive. You can have better view in rainy season.

The real name of this waterfall is "Ella wala ella",as there are two small waterfalls.Pulun Ella is located higher in the mountain,but people call this as pulun ella.Any way nice place to have a cool,fresh bath.In rainy days water levels is higher, so good to come here at non rainy days.Depth of the pool is varies from 5 feets to more than 12 feets in different places of the pool.Be careful when getting into the water.
