Cleaniness to be much improved. Rooms and wash rooms are not maintained well. An old type with limited space of rooms and parking.

Very poor service. A budget place to held your corporate and personal function. Poeple only select this place beacuse there's not another competitive place in Rathnapura town to facilitate such events and the location is easily accessible

This seems to be a glorious hotel back in the day but now its just dying place. For the quality I'd say this is an expensive hotel. Don't expect much *A/C makes terribly loud noise, *T. V. doesn't have int channels just the local ones and by the day 2 its not working either, *It takes ages to get warm water even you get, its not pressure enough so practically you'll have kiss the wall to get wet, *There is not a much variety in food either

Really dirty rooms and smells bad . I went here without no option. But staff is friendly and this is a dying place .Not recommended for stay night.

Okay but not upto standard Hotel Standards. Was at Ratnapura searching for a hotel. Couldn't find any hotel listed on TRIP ADVISOR or other sites. Luckily found this on Google. I had no other options but to book this. When the reception people see you are a foreigner they charge double. Cant help on this one. Dont ever accept to stay at their back side Cottage/Bungalows. Those are real dirty filled with mosquitos and dirty unhygienic rooms. The front top floor rooms are good to go but a bit expensive. No Wifi either!

Relax place in town. Food is ok. Good parking space

Attended a conference hosted by a renowned Audit Firm. The food (lunch) was tasty. Building needs a facelift. Furniture, too old.

Need to improve room facility, food facility but location is good.
