I had a great experience shopping at Rocell Panadura. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. Despite the lack of product availability in stock, they went above and beyond to find a solution for me and even offered to place a special order for the item I needed. Overall, I was impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff at Rocell Panadura and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of quality tile and bathware products.

I don't recommend this branch. They are never aware about the discounts and never highlight about it. I just waited 6 months for my tiles (which is normal in these days) but even I found many missing quantities. In my order. Didn't respond to call either. It’s very hard to get information from the customer officers in the branch. They told me some missing tiles are ready. But when i go there then only I got to know only 20 tiles were ready. So I paid 4000 for the transport. This cost me due to bad customer service in the branch Important points. I brought another lot of tiles from Nawala. They are really helpful 1. Never respond to the phone calls 2. Customer care service is poor 3. Manager is telling the same story to defend their staff 4. Never try to give discount to the customer. When i highlight then only they will give it 5. They never issue a detail bill for the customers

Very bad customer services. They do not want to sell products. Only need to close the shop on time.

They do have quite a good collection of Rocell tiles and bathware. The showroom is really well arranged to give the best experience. They do have ample parking and is located at a convenient location in Panadura. Staff is extremely helpful. Only issue is that after ordering there is a wait time to have stocks delivered and it's not a predictable wait time.
