He is trained in so many different techniques from Ayurveda to deep tissue to Thai massage, reflexology and yoga and brings all his skill and expertise to ensure your body gets the treatment it needs. He has over a decade of experience in a top spa in Mirissa. His deep tissue massage is amazing, he knows how to find pressure points and release tension. His knowledge of Ayurveda means he can prepare herbs and hot compresses to help with injury and he is always kind and respectful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for massage in the South Coast and recommend him 100%.

This is a review for Anurad - he is excellent! We stayed at a hotel in Tangalle with my wife the end of November and Anurad was so nice to come to the hotel to give each of us a massage. He is amazing! I have a shoulder injury, have been to many sessions of physical therapy in Europe. But after just an hour with Anurad I gained more mobility in my shoulder, I felt better and energised! And the massage was pure pleasure. So I had a wonderful relaxing massage and Anurad did wonders for my injured shoulder ;-) My wife said that Anurad’s massage was much better than the massage she had the posh SPA salon in Colombo - before meeting him she was raving about the posh salon :-) Anurad is not only a massage therapist, but is also a very knowledgeable herbalist and recommended local oils and ointments that I should use on my shoulder. the massages are really a treat for body and soul. Anuradha has an incredible sensitivity for every muscle and finds all tension. After a few massages, my months of pain were gone. Since he also makes house calls with his portable massage bed , I was able to have a massage late in the evening without having to leave the house. I definitely recommend him.

Anurad’s knowledge is outstanding. With a combination of intuition, good communication and a deep understanding of how the muscles, joints, vertebrates and nervous system works I think he can fix close to everything. My husband arrived unable to stand and walk due to a herniated disc. We tried all the conventional medicine but to no avail. Including narcotics that didn't help at all. We arrived at Anuradha through a recommendation and from treatment to treatment. My husband straightened up and started walking as if nothing had happened. A total of three treatments and my husband is back to functioning. Highly recommend. There are no such things, the hands of an angel, first class professionalism and availability!! Highly recommend.. Anuradha was great! I had maybe the best full body massage ever. Anuradha is very careful and he asks, if the pressure is good. He was also focused on my neck after I told him I have problems with it. I can only recommend everyone to make this experience!
