I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling in Sri Lanka .First is they have not setup the trip properly. Some places are not required in this trip. Anyways this is not the reason why my trip was bad. I am writing below points where this travel agency lacks 1. Never attend client personally. 2. They have tieps with other tour guides and you never know which type of trip they planned. In my case trip to Ella was just a waste of time. They mention that you will have snorkelling but tour guide didn't have snorkelling gear and also they mention tour guide will take you thru tour but actually tour guide left us at ella and told us to roam yourself . If you are charging heavy then why lacking in service . 3. Almost daily tour pickup was at 7:30 to 8:30 and if tour guide is coming late you cannot contact anyone as they start office at 8 In short I will not recommend this travel agnecy at all.

loved it! We had a very good time with indigo travels. Especially out tour guide Pasi. he is awesome! He drove the care very safely and the condition of the car was really good. took us everywhere we wanted to go. Gave good suggestions. They are reliable and trustworthy. They did everything whatever was in the package. Pasi was on time to receive us. absolutely loved the package. u Only thing I would suggest is that when you will book the package it is better if you personally choose the hotel and room. Thumbs up for their service!

We have loved every minute of our tour! It really has made our trip amazing! We had Sanjee as our driver and he went up and beyond to make sure we did everything we wanted to do! Thank you so much Indigo Ocean Travels!

We had a group of 4 had a fantastic week long trip around Sri Lanka. We were collected close by the airport on a Friday morning by two of the best guides we could've asked for, Sanju & Pasi. We seen everything we wanted and more, including a nice surprise birthday cake along the way!! Pasi got called away mid trip and Sanju continued being a top guide from Ella right down along the south coast. I would really recommend Indigo tours (especially Sanju & Pasi) and when I return to Sri Lanka I will be calling these guys again.

Bad service. And bad drivers 😒. They are cheating 😒
