Quite and hidden little place away from the traffic. But it is very close to Ratnapura town. The room we stayed (deluxe room) was very spacious with air conditioning and hot water. The king size bed was comfortable. Most importantly the room, bathroom and linen were clean. The breakfast was also very delicious :) The manager was very friendly and helpful. He's lived overseas for many years so spoke very good English. I will definitely visit again!

This place very good and calm. You have few options to choose for a room. Budget rooms to executive rooms. Owner is kind and very helpful. You will get a chance to know about gems as hotel has a gems gallery.

The welcome we got and the interesting conversation with this family of gem owners largely made up for the shortcomings of the place (little hot water, no AC). The fact that the Sri Lankian owner spoke native English was invaluable. Check out the collection of gems with the father.

(Translated by Google) Very humble and simple rooms. But the friendliness of the owner and the pool made the stay perfect. For the rest, the town does not have much: boisterous, many people, difficult to park, without anything special. (Original) Habitaciones muy humildes y sencillas. Pero la amabilidad del dueño y el billar hicieron la estancia perfecta. Por el resto, el pueblo no tiene mucho: bullicioso, mucha gente, difícil aparcar, sin nada especial.

Very bad room condition. Fan, plug point not properly working. Even bathroom is not cleaned. Only thing they are after is money, right after we enter the place. No entertainment inside hotel. Not recommend to visit.

(Translated by Google) Very nice home. Small exhibition of stones well commented by the son of the owner. Correct rooms but lack of maintenance (old paintings, old bathrooms, ...). Fan, hot water and mosquito net. Very pleasant setting with a small shady garden.

(Translated by Google) I walked from the center of Ratnapura. The route to the hotel is Sri Lanka! It was good to feel. There is a small local market along the way, and cows are walking along the street, and shoguns cross a fairly old bridge. The owner of this hotel was very kind. The building itself was pretty sizzling whether the sun didn't hit much, and I was only interested in it. The shower was a water shower.

I loved this place. The location was awesome and the owners had great knowledge in gem stones. Totally recommend this place and their gem shop.

Beautiful place situated close to the tropical rain forests in Sri Lanka. This hotel is just walking distance to the Gem bazaar and Ratnapura town. The rooms are comfortable and the fan works well. I love staying here and walking in the morning to the bakery near the clock tower and getting a Sri Lankan tea and tasty pastries. There is also a Gym nearby next to the clock tower which I signed up and used for one month during my stay.

👍👍 My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 2 days at the Save Field Rest in Ratnapura. A "little gem" in a city that is still very "authentic". Nice big rooms. The owner as well as his family were all very helpful and trustworthy. There are not so many eateries in this town but despite the lack of...
