We were disappointed with the service. The basic things such as tissues, water bottles and other basic items were not available. We had to use tap water to drink as they did not have drinking water available. Although nothing to complain on the food the standard of food for a resort was not there. The prices communicated and the bill recieved at the end was different and we had to pay more. On the good side the pool was good.

One of the best places I visited for the past few months is this gem hidden in Awissawella. Amazing place with top notch service from Mr. Janaka, the caretaker of the premises. You get the colonial era vibe from the premises and the surrounding. And the cook is 5 star hotel class cook, Mr. Nissanka and he will ensure your food is mouth watering with all the right ingredients. Mr. Janaka's service is unmatchable and he will ensure you will have the best possible experience with the nicely maintained swimming pool. And also the owner Mr. Nishantha Jayakody was very humble and attentive to all our needs and wants. In summation, we had an excellent time with them plus it's well worth the price.

Located in Avissavella and not much away form main road. Very clam and quiet and spacious place. We had a very good time. Were able to manage one night of 28 person with delicious foods. Care taker Janaka and cook gave us very good and friendly service.

One of the best places I have ever been to, a very old house with about 7-8 rooms. Air-conditioned and equipped with attached bathrooms. Special mention to the manager of the villa and the chef. Some of the best people of the hospitality industry. And the food was fire 🔥 If you are going in as a group you can take your groceries and they will prepare anything you want. Recommendation - get some mushroom and get the chef to make some hot butter mushroom. You will not regret it 😉

It's amazing place for enjoy with family and friends

Yesterday we went there. I recommend this place to others. Nice view. The swimming pool is so good. Good food for a low price. Totally recommendable.

This is a very old bungalow. Good for family events. Has a good pool as well. Ample parking space available

Pool is good and spacious. Good for functions with friends or with staff members. Often the pool is booked. So better call and confirm before visiting.

Absolutely we were also disapointed, we booked with advanced the villa before 3 weeks, one the day before i call the manager he don't answer the my call, After he answer another phone call and asking more money, however we paid extra money and went to the villa, some rooms a/c dosn't work, room doors can't close well, the wash rooms not clean and broken taps with showers, i think OVERVIEW photos are oldest, so people beware...

This place is a run down place. What you see in pictures is not what you get when you go there. This place has not seen a broom for decades. Everything was unclear including rooms and bathrooms. A staff member was sleeping in one of our rooms when we went into sleep in the night. Only positive was the tasty food and the service of one waiter boy. Managers attitude was pathetic. Overall not recommended.

Manager Sudeera is super unprofessional. Zero professionalism shown. We stayed for a one night at this resort and the service was absurd. Water of the pool is unclean and smelly. 3 out of 5 rooms didn't have AC at all. No bedsheets, towels, soaps or any toiletries available in any room. broken wardrobes, not a single square plug points. Had the agreement as a private reservation but more than 5 other groups had day outs. Privacy is zero. Food is also not upto standard. Utter waste of money. Sudeera Samaraweera is marketing himself as a general manager of Concord Apperal assuring the arrangements of our stay, which none was met as agreed.

We booked the entire villa and the check in was at 2PM but we arrived late at about 4PM to find out the previous guests had not left and we had to wait outside till everything was cleared up. And In the next day, even though we had the entire villa till 2pm including the pool, all of a sudden few families came in and started using the pool without our consent.

We booked this whole resort for two days . We settled the price for 80k. The staff was friendly and the food was nice. But the cleanliness was poor and the place should be renovated. They had told us that there was a pool table but the place it was in was so dangerous and unhealthy too. After the stay, when the bill came, they had added 10% more than the agreed price or about another 10k. But at least we had to pay the full price.We were so disappointed. The manager sudeera is super ununprofessional. Don't trust this place and don't trust this manager.

We booked the villa by paying and advance but on the day of our trip they called us in the morning and cancelled the booking saying that they have also accepted another booking through booking.com.. so plz be alert of their bookings.we suffered because of this last minute cancellation.
