If you are the person who is working from home (working remotely) and searching for a place to have a cup of coffee and get your work done, this is not the place for you. They say that they don’t like guests staying there for awhile (They definitely lost a customer beacuse of that). So, customer service is not the best in that regard. However, their coffees are okay. Snacks and cakes are tasty. Main dishes are not that good. Prices are reasonable.

Good place for a classy cuppa. Great interiors. Expresso double shot was a disappointment.. But can't see why not. Its not a place where locals would hangout..more catering to out of town city folks.. I loved it. Oh yeah. And their good variety of high quality (but well/decsntly priced) Ceylon tea. 🤘 🤘

Visited during my visit to Rakwana. This is right next to Silver Ray and is on the same side of the road. The cheesecake is good and also the pastries. Coffee is good as well Staff is friendly. They do have gems for sale on the upper floor. The premium tea selection for gifting purposes are really good. However some seems to bit over prized. Generally a good experience.

Here you can buy fancy tea packs packed in different types (flavored, mint, other Ceylon tea grades). In addition, there is a cafe. There is seating upstairs, outside and downstairs. Their menu has a variety of coffees and cakes. There is nothing wrong with the food and the prices.

For people interested about the history of tea industry in Sri Lanka this is a must-not-miss place. For others a chance to enjoy a snack and cold beverage from a wide spectrum of choices. The staff is very friendly. Ideal for small group gatherings. Not recommended for large crowds and those who are busy in their travel. Well-kept wash rooms and cozy atmosphere. We went there for a tea break and also refresh ourselves from a long car ride. The the place is very beautiful and constructed really well. The architectural design is flawless and aesthetic, including the actual cups and kettles. They have thier own tea brand which they are promoting, its worth checking it out as well. They have coffee, tea and other beverages that they offer, along with snacks. We ordered a tea jar which is enough for around 3 people. You can even do tea tasting there. Overall great place and concept, tea is great, washroom are clean, and staff is chill. Highly recommend you stop by.

It is a cafe located a little far from Ratnapura city where you and your family can spend time in a very good environment and surroundings. An atmosphere unique to the name has been built there, and it has a menu with many types of food. The price is reasonable. Maintains a very good customer service. My favorite snack here was the buttor prawn. Because it is located in a very good and clam environment, it brings a pleasant dining experience. Good parking space and easily accessible.

We stopped there to buy some tea as a gifts, very peaceful place, staff is very welcoming and friendly.... We have ordered americano and latte for take away, was very nice🙏

We happened to stop by as we were passing through and we were so glad we did. The tea's are absolutely delicious (my favorite being the Gunpowder) and the food is some of the best we've had in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend the Pad Thai and the Coconut Sambal Toastie!

Simply the best. I stumbled upon the place while I was on my way to Bandarawela and it was so cool and tranquil place where you'll be able to enjoy a nice snack with a tea or a coffee or they have great meal choice too. A cafe with in a tea museum in a sense. Good staff good ambiance. Overall experience was fantastic
