Customer service at the worst...better to have robot's than Human touch...

Good customer service but poor selection of available tiles. Designs available as production orders.

Am not rating them low because their products are bad but am rating this particular showroom low because of their customer poor customer service. You might want to chose another rocell showroom if you don’t want to waste time. There is hardly anyone to help or ask anything at the showroom. While I was there also I heard many people coming in and waiting for awhile and then asking isn’t there anyone to inquire about this. And there is no one. Only one guy is out and about to help, the others don’t even generally smile and offer to help. And their systems are super slow if u r buying something. I don’t know the case with other showrooms but you might wanna try another showroom and not this one at Mahaiyawa: but the plus point here is that you will get parking here and it’s not such a congested roadside.

Not very customer friendly service

Small showroom but with good nice helpful staff. They spent hours with me by helping to select different set of tiles for different location in my newly built house. Also they always gave there valuable advice with there experience when we select Tiles. Good place with Good staff.

Extremely poor customer service. Rocell management should take a look at their customer service. Horrible service at this Rocell. There are really good sales people in other Kandy Rocell shops. One of our friend who went to collect tiles has been threatened by one sales person. We are taking legal action and already made a police complaint.

Very good location to buy ceremic products

Excellent service with polite and helpful staff. Wide range of tiles of good quality. Was able to communicate and keep track of order via whatapp with Kasun who is a wonderful and enthusiastic sales executive. Would recommend Rocell Mahaiyawa anyday. Prices on high-side and wait times are a bit long currently. Recommend placing orders at the beginning of the build.
