Do not go here , rather take the trouble and go to Nawala. Staff doesn't really care about the customers.. poor service for sure

Good place to buy tiles.

It was squeaky clean! But the exorbitant prices is what turned me down...even the ones that were 50% off, were more expensive than a Lanka Tile without discount....

I had a very pleasant experience with Joseph, a staff from Dehiwela showroom who really ensured that I am fully satisfied with the level of response and service from Rocell. We noticed cracks started appearing in 2 of the commodes we purchased 4 years ago from Rocell Nawala Concept showroom. These are under 25 years Rocell warranty. I contacted Dehiwela showroom which is located near to my place to lodge the complain. Joseph helped me raise this issue to relevant showroom and ensured the matter is addressed. Shehan from Concept showroom was also helpful. I am really impressed with Joseph and can vouch he is a real asset to Rocell. Many thanks Joseph and Shehan.

Excellent customer service by the staffs. Specially one staff called Mr.Kim is very kind and positive attitude staff. But rocell as an organisation not good at all. They are playing with their customers during this crisis period. They are taking 50% of advanced money but not delivering the goods on time
