Disgusting customer service at the maternity ward. No humanity. Hospital staff is not quilified at all. They do not care of the life of the patients. Do not go if you love your and love ones life. Very dangerous place.

verry poor customer service. I called to book a date for the test of my mother more than ten times. each time, they said, check and call back but they never did. very disappointed, if you want to get quick service don't call Arya Hospital. government hospitals are better than this one.

My wife channeled a doctor here but, after we waited for more than one hour suddenly they informed us that doctor is not coming on that day.They pay back the channeling fees but wasted our time. Even the parking place situated in a very difficult place to drive and not enough space. The person who is handling the front door car park for doctors not even bother us to direct to the customer car parking as soon as we get there. Once we tried to park infront he is just come and shouting to go to the customer parking. I had a very bad experience here.

The operating sound of their machines is very high, and it is a headache for people who live nearby. With this demand maintenance power cut, it is like a nightmare. In addition to that, they are charging for some unwanted stuff also. I cannot recommend Arya Hospital.

I took my mom for arya vision today. Very poor customer service. Nurses treat us like slave. We paying them to treat us badly. There are no proper systems to service the patient. This will be last time to visit Arya.

Well equipped and organized private hospital, not crowded as the other private hispital nearby. The problem is waiting time because this is not a first preference of the most of the consultants. This reflect as a communication or management issue.
