This is the provincial authority of sabaragamuwa province in sri lanka. Located near city of Rathnapura. All the provincial institutes and ministries are located here. Nice place, staff is very friendly,humble and they are always waiting to help you to fulfil your requirement. You only need to convey your requirement and they will guide and advice you haw to get your work done. Well organized and clean location. One of the best provincial institutes in Sri Lanka.
