Sarasavi Bookshop, located near St. Luke's College. Well-organized bookshop and friendly staff were there. Additionally, the bookshop accepts card payments. However, the branch is somewhat small, compared to other branches. Overall, Sarasavi Bookshop is a good pick for the book lovers

Such an inefficient bookstore. Apparently, these people don't really want to sell books, and they are quite lazy. There are only a few young cashier ladies who are efficient. There are others who have no idea how to use a credit/debit card to get money.

This is basically the only place where you can all kinds of stationery under one roof. Sure there are some other places nearby to get books but they don't have as many novels and stuff as here. However, though I like to buy books here, I found that certain book series are incomplete. So you might not find the 1st or 3rd book or whatever of what you're searching for. Otherwise I love this place

First I would like to say there are so many various book collection are available in Sarasaviya.But I'm very dissatisfied about the poor customer service. I'm the best customer of the sarasavi branch of Colombo. We were not free to choose the books we wanted because of the bald head and fat man who wearing with a tie.I don't know whether he is the manager of the rathnapura branch.But however really dissatisfied because of him.I didn't know that taking pictures was an immoral act. Customer service is very poor. I don't think the same customers will come back again and again. Please be care of the customers.

Largest bookshop in Ratnapura. Air-conditioned Can buy books of lot of categories. Stationeries, water bottles and some DVD movies. Very helpful staff.

A big book shop in Ratnapura town. They have a good collection of books and stationery items. The book's arrangement is neat and clean - easy to navigate. Staff seems okay. Comfortable since the shop is air-conditioned. Vehicle parking is unavailable most of the time.

This coud be said as the one stop for all types of books and stationary requirements. They offers a massive range of items priced at reasonable rates. Customer service is not excellent, however I see an improvement over the years. Should admire the fact that they attempt to improve it going forward.

One of my favourite spots in Ratnapura,, a good selection of novels and stationery,, it has the best sellers and school textbooks etc. I wish they'd update and have more of the classics because I'm craving to buy more of those. Other than that it has a good range in fictional books,, everything is pristine condition

Very good book shop and staffs are fair to help. But, very few IT bpoks available at this store. I found all upper nursery books for my daughter.

The store has a good collection of books. It, however, has a limited parking space.
