Dirty rooms, inadequate AC, incredibly unprofessional staff, no elevator, ragged towels, the list goes on. This is a $60 room being marked up for $145 when not booked 3 months in advance. It's ridiculous. I understand that all the other hotels are shooting their prices up too, but that doesn't make it right. We all ought to stop stomaching this. It's unsustainable.

Good location decent service, but I am so sick of walking outside to pack at 8 am and getting locked out by a key they turned off 3 hrs before check out. So I wasted half of the rest of my time trying to get a new key so pack my stuff. I will not stay here again and I'm canceling my 4 year long choice hotel rewards program cause I am not staying at these dumps anymore.

Stopped after a long day. The room smelled. Thankfully, I had smell good stuff with me. The air conditioner didn't work, thankfully I was able to open a window. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. When I tried to let them know when we left, they didn't seem to care.

Upon checking in to our room we found out that the plunger in the sink was broken and the shower curtain would not stay closed as the curtain rod was loose in the wall. The desk person was informed after returning from our event the following day nothing was done. I ended up temporarily fixing the curtain rod myself so it could be used. While checking out on Sunday another desk person was informed of the problem. I told her I had to do a temporary fix the curtain rod myself. She said that I shouldnt of had to do that.

Great hotel in a great location! Nice pool and hot tub. Beds were nice and clean and comfortable. Room was clean and updated. Breakfast wasn't much but something and free!

This was our highway hotel on our way to Royal Gorge from Austin. It was just enough to spend the night. No complaints about the beds. We did a late check in around 1am. Good breakfast , clean bathroom, decent hospitality. Overall good to spend the night.

This review is not for the hotel itself, but for the lady at the front desk named Kathryn. I got this hotel stay for my parents who were staying in town unexpectedly with car trouble. She was more than kind and accommodating to all my requests. Warning that there is no elevator - so if you don’t want to lug your bags up the stairs, ask for the 1st floor. Thank you, Kathryn, for being patient, kind and understanding after a very long and stressful day for us!!

Some updates have been made while other things like my broken bed (the entire bottom half of the bed), an air conditioner so mildewy it shouldn't be turned on because of health concerns, and the elevator is broken. In a lighter note, someone is doing a good job in their hires because staff is great. Too bad they don't have a regular repairman on staff and a budget for large repairs. πŸ™„

We stopped in for one night traveling thru to Wyoming. Couldn't ask for nicer service. The rooms were very clean. Enclosed pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was sausage and eggs, not just a pastry and juice. Felt like we got our money's worth.

We reserved a night after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was an added bonus.

AMARTI was very nice at check in and helpful when asked to locate a store. The room was clean and very nice. I was in town for 1 day, checked in late and checked out super early before 7:00am. At checkout, the female was on her cell phone and didn’t assist me, I left my keys on the counter and advised I was checking out. At about 10:00am I received a call from the GM accusing me of smoking in the room (I am a non-smoker of anything) I tried to explain to him that he must have my room confused with another, he was adamant that the whole room smelt like cigarettes and their were ashes in the sink. I tried to assure him that I do not smoke, that can’t be accurate. He continued to yell at me over the phone, so I requested proof of what he was referring to, photos etc. He yelled at me threatened that I would never be able to stay at choice hotels again and hung up on me. I received my invoice, and it shows that I checked out at 12:56pm, I checked out before 7:00am. Unsure what happen there but has me very curious. This is the reason my rate is low, GM needs to work on communicating better and better hospitality.

The front desk employee was very nice! The price for this room was a rip off, $166! Hotel needs work! We wouldn't sleep under the sheets. Mattress pad was old & ripped! Stains, probably from water, on the mattress itself! Ripped curtains just hanging & mold in shower & on shower curtain. Free breakfast consisted of soured waffle batter. This place was absolutely horrible!

I had a lesser quality version of what these hotels were in my mind, but was very pleasantly surprised with our last minute decision to stay at this location. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was sufficient, and the customer service was far above par. Delilah, who checked us in, was great & more than accommodating. One of the three original rooms we were placed in didn't have a working television. She moved us to a room with one that did, without hassle. She was helpful & kind throughout the night. I would highly recommend if looking for something quick, affordable & clean.

Room was nice and clean, very quite. Clean bathroom. Didn’t eat the breakfast ,but looked ok . Stayed twice within 2 weeks, and was good both times.

For the price and location, this was a great hotel to stay in. I stayed here alone and felt very safe. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The reception was good and helpful. The most important thing for me about hotels is cleanliness. The toilet seat was not cleaned before my stay and had what seems to be urine on it. The wall by the bed had some sort of fluid splash that was not cleaned as well. Other than that, the bed was clean and so was the room in general. Also, the hot tub was closed, which was a bit of a disappointment.

When you pull up to the hotel, you might question yourself as to why you are staying here? Reality is that it was $50 less than the other hotels. Was going into this with some low expectations. Yes. The lobby and hallways are dated. No, they don't have an elevator. BUT the room was clean and organized, bed was comfortable. I would stay here again. Kudos to the staff as well. They were very quick to get us checked in.

We needed adjoining rooms and were accommodated. Our rooms were very clean, in good condition and were comfortable. A microwave and refrigerator were provided as was a personal coffee pot. The pool and jacuzzi were in good working order and were open late - perfect as we arrived later. The breakfast was good - choice of hot & cold foods. Very good value for the reasonable pricing...

Evidently they were low on staff, a lot of places are. So I won't fault them for housekeeping still cleaning rooms at 5pm. The worst thing of all was the smell. Supposedly they had been cleaning carpets, but certainly didn't smell clean. My granddaughter sprayed room freshener in our room and that made it better. But as soon as you walked into the hall the smell was really bad....like a full kitty litter box mixed with a wet dog. And the hallway carpet was filthy. That's the worst. The rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate...more than a biscuit or danish. If we ever go through there again we may give them another try.

This place has a kind spirit that we experienced several times in a short stay. It makes all of the difference and we will be back. It is a clean hotel with nicely decorated rooms. It offers hot breakfast with multiple options. There is ample parking.
