Really good ramen! So far the best one that I’ve tried in Italy. I highly recommend the Paitan Ramen, it has a very rich broth (cooked for 10hrs!). The Karaage is good too, the takoyaki is just alright.

The restaurant is tiny and neat , I’ve tried to call for booking before the restaurant opened but my call was being hanged up. I went there around 7pm, I was told they were fully booked . So I ordered spicy noodles and tempura shrimp for take out . They served fast , within 10 min food was ready . To be honest , broth and noodles are really good , the best I have ever had in Ravenna , however , the minced meat for the noodles was only one spoon in quantity and abit of spring onions and two small pieces of fish cake , it’s not as abundant as shown in the menu pictures. Shrimp tempura is 5 small shrimps with thick batter , they taste good but way too small and so definitely overpriced .

A perfect ambiance for Japanese hunt in Ravenna .! Staffs are very friendly and they speak english as well.

Love their side dishes. Good spicy ramen. Other ramen dishes are a bit underwhelming. Jammy eggs are only jammy for some customers 😭😭😭. I tried a few times and my ramen eggs are always hard boiled. :( I want to give them three stars for this but the service is nice and i hope the really correct their ramen eggs.
