This clinic opened 24-7. It is really convenient and the doctors are friendly and flexible, giving useful advice. It had saved my 2 kids as they do not really like to eat medicine. The doctors gave alternative treatment instead. Good we have clinic like this especially for family with young kids.

My mum and I saw Dr Ali a few days ago due to severe stomach ache and left pelvic pain. Dr Ali treated my mum and I with lots of compassion and care. He was so gentle, knowledgeable and listened to our problems patiently before prescribing the medications.His medications healed my pain and symptoms that I was experiencing for nearly a week. We would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Ali to all my family and friends 🌹😊

Feeling below the weather. Came for consultation. Not crowded. Including myself, 3 patients. Then 2 more came by. The doctor was ok. Attended me with care. What needed to buckle up are… ❌ Couldn’t find my account on Health Connect. Need to pay cash or card. No problem. ❌ After consultation, I was prescribed antibiotic and wasn’t given until I asked. Told me there will be extra charges if I add antibiotic. I wasn’t even bargaining for discount 🤔 ❌ Bank transfer the payment, was asked to send my receipt via WhatsApp to anumber. The numb is invalid. I asked the nurse to just snap a picture. She scared the payment wasn’t wired. I showed her the green tick and I don’t mind waiting for them to check if the payment is through. After seconds of considerations, they said no need. Anyhow, you have my contact, address and ID. ❌ about to exit, my invoice and mc aren’t there. Again, need to request. Saw their motto on their uniform, “being human, being different”,human made mistakes. Hope you can buckle up and be better.

I've been to this clinic several times already. I'm happy with the service and the doctor also very kind and also giving a good advise. The medicine that i get also very good and price also very reasonable. Keep up the good work and good ethic. 2 thumbs UP!!!

My first visit here, brought my son. Registration was quick, greeted by a very friendly staff. We were treated by Dr Arrvindh, he was so patient with my son. Took the time to engage with my 8 year old and hear my son's complaints, he paid heed and made sure to make my son feel comfortable. He took the time to explain my son's condition and gave the appropriate treatment. Dr Arrvindh is a good doctor, so patient and very knowledgeable. Excellent service given.

The services that I receive from Klinik Dr.Prevents Segambut are excellent. I’ve visited this clinic a few times before and met different Doctors. Me and my 1-year-old daughter visited during the weekend recently. The doctor did a great job with my daughter's health exam and follow-up appointment too. He explained everything we wanted to know in detail and in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great; they were all helpful, patient, and cared for the patient with outstanding quality medical care.

5 / 5 This is a really good clinic. I came here last week because I felt there were some small glasses in my feet after I accidentally stepped on the broken glass in the bowl. I came there very late at night. The staff and doctor are very helpful and friendly. They checked me carefully and gave me medicine. My feet are recovering, and I’m feeling better and better. They also sent me messages to care about my current condition, which made me feel really warm. Thanks all for your kindness.
