would not recommend for now unless they do some improve , this consider the highest price hotel in Bukit Beruntung Area , the outside looking good but when I ascots my parents in law to the room it’s really shock me and I felt ashamed to book this hotel to them !!! The family room I booked is like the photo , everything is lack of maintenance , the wall is dirty , the bed is uncomfortable and need to replace new,nothing provide at the bathroom too . luckily the aircond is working , the planned to stay 2 night but now decided to leave early. The staff is polite .

Very nice hotel at a strategic location in a reasonable rate. Clean and comfy rooms with clean washrooms including essential toiletries. Staff also helpful. Strongly Recommended.

My experience with Family Room coz executive suite full booked. Overall its clean, bathroom big. Air conditioning is good. Very wow for budget hotel. But no extra bed, extra pillow. Nearest with food, laundry, diy, Lotus etc. Recommended.

Outstation need to stay here for a week.. basically it was ok, surrounded with things we requires.. food stall/restaurants.. mall and shops just in walking distance. . dry cleaning laundry just few doors away.. quite convenient actually..👍👍

I not too sure what is up with the low rating. Here is my plus point for the Superior Queen. Aircond works. Good toiletries. Clean toilet. Daily room make up. 2 wall outlet on each side of the bed. Comfy bed. Room phone. Overnight receptionist. You hardly get this kind of service from a budget hotel.

Clean room and bathroom. They provide towel and 2in1 bath&shampoo gel. No bath tub, only shower head. Water (hot&cold) and iron are at the hall way. Check in time as early as at 12.30pm & check out time as late as at 2pm.

Reasonable rate... Nearby DIY shop...and satay stall

The room floor was not clean. Feel not comfortable at all. Even the water heater was not funçtion. Truly disappointed with the room services. hope that can improve on this.

I stay at apartment suite. 1 queen bed and bathroom with living room. The apartment comes with microwave, huge fridge, tv and small bar for family eating. 5/5 for cleanness, 5/5 for room design, 5/5 for service. Overall I love the stay. Highly recommended.

Very strategic place. Have a lot of interesting food around the hotel such as family mart, CU. Also near to bus station.

I book for 5nights from the 1st day till last everyday aircon error but when complain they say wait maintenance will come but nobody will come ... No have any other option then servive in hell hot .... We pay for take rest & enjoy not for serviving hell ... Damn

Hotel is quite strategic. However you may find it hard to find parking during day time as this is a busy places during day time. Room condition is quite good but need to have proper maintenance as from my observation after several visit, the condition keep deteriorating.

Room was a bit dirty, especially the floors were unswept. Beds were comfortable, nothing much to watch on TV. WiFi has good connection. Everything was okay, but there's no hot shower. Suitable for short stay. The place is also family-friendly, parking also quite easy to get. If they improve the cleanliness and hot shower, can give 5/5. Overall, for now it's worth it for the price paid. 👌

The room is clean but ironing is quite hard. I had to go to other room and the iron.. the management really need to change the iron..

I think the only flaw of this place is their room is not soumdproof. You can even hear the tenants next door. So some people might not be uncomfortable. Other than that, the staffs were so welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, and easy to find parking.

Peace of mind, it's open for guests at any time. No matter how you can always discuss.

Spacious room for 3. Needs early booking if you want to get rooms here especially during peak periods.

Shower water pressure is the only +.. the rest is poor

A very nice budget hotel to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel there is self service laundry.

Basic housekeeping also not doing properly. Toilet tissue finished no replace a new one. What a small bottle of shampoo just left a half bottle to customer. No improvement after I stay for a few times.

This is the only very good budget hotel that I come across at the town. Understand that the hotel was opened about a year ago. Her neat and clean for a budget hotel. Walking distance to Tesco, bus station and many restaurants and laundry shops.

Clean and tidy. However we got only 2 TV channel... TV1 and Bloomberg News. No freazer inside the room.
