    I would rate it 0 star if I could, but I still have to give credit to PCSH hospital for spacious car parking and other staff professional working attitude. The reason I rate here is because I couldn't able to find this particular doctor Ng J1n T4u (Orthopedic - yeah purposely write incorrect to avoid legal letter) on the Google Maps or Internet. He have bad attitude of handling my mom inquiry. I understand doctor maybe busy or having many patient on-call but we paid for the consultant fee just like the others. Sometime patient just want to talk to get assurance. Is not like hello patient, this is the x-ray result, follow do this and don't do that, trust me, I'm doctor, and don't ask any more good question, there you go and good bye (Yes, exactly how this happen on that day because I was in the room with my mom). Even slam the door so loud at the back because was rushing for something else (I suspect got case/appointment else where). For new customer, avoid him at all cost, if you plan to have some talk to the doctor. I would describe this him as Fast-Food clinic.

    We are very happy with the newly renovated hospital. Providing the nurses services at the ward itself is very prompt and efficient. Doctors at the emergency also doing their great jobs. The only cardiologist dr .ng is a very great doctor. A very nice doctor but their inhouse clinic nurses may needed improvement on communicating with patients. When patients doesn't understand, you may just explain in a good tone. All of a sudden voicing up to the patient and when we complaint, she said its her way of talking tone. Not everyone would feel easy on taking the harsh tone especially to patients. Other than that, the ward hospitality is great. We are just staying nearby this hospital area, so still Pcsh is our first choice.

    Most of their non medic staff are so rude. They need to understand that we are paying customer!we don't owe you anything to deserve such an attitude. At least treat people with respect! By the way, just remember we have options too. It all comes back. If this is the culture you promote. It will all come back to haunt you.

    Thank you Mr Nicholas, Intan, Dr Lo Wan Yi and other staff at Level 3 (New Wing) for the hospitality. โค๏ธ Great services! Great hospitality. They know their work very well. My nephew has been admitted for 6 days and had absolutely comfort stay there. Very nice and friendly staffs and Doctors. Iโ€™d recommend Perak people to come here.

    Due to communication problems and arrogance and reluctance of PCSH staff to give (Comirnaty) covid 19 vaccine injection arranged through the employer at Meru Valley Resort,I had to wait so long through my sejahtera application.All my team employees have finished receiving 2nd doses in last August and I just received the first dose invitation on 10th November 2021.Registered my Sejahtera in early March and wait patiently for the Coronavac/Sinovac vaccines donated by China.Next time the Malaysian Government must recommend English as an official language in all Private Hospitals or I have to learn Mandarin and Cantonese as an alternative official language.

    You dont deseve any star.dont call yourself an A&E Doctor if u cant handle a patient at 5am and scolding them for spoiling your sleep cus u dont find anything wrong with them.Brought my sister here cus sheโ€™s been having fever and feeling tachycardic the whole night and difficult to breath.Shame on you doc.Atleast be considerate.no one wanted to waste their money and time to be treated like this!

    Doctor wise of course always provide the best service. Doctor very patient and provide confident to the patient as well. But I think the reception didn't do well, point me to different places for me to find OT. End up I just drive back to my workplace. I think the receptionist should be more professional and guide us into the correct way. 5 stars for the doctor but 1 star for the receptionist, because is wasting my time to keep finding the wrong place.

    Went there for my Covid-19 vaccination....it is my 1st time to the Hospital. The vaccination team are very friendly & helpful. Staff & the nurses are efficient & fast. The whole process took less than an hour ....Good job....๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ & thank you...๐Ÿ˜Š

    The doctor in the emergency department is jus so unprofessional. They are the panel for my ex and current company. Sometime I have to visit them because my panel clinic is closed at night or public holiday. My impression to the doctor in emergency department was lousy during my previous visits. I tot service will be improved after my last visit about 2 years ago. I have visited again last week due to some emergency. The doctor jot down my own description for the symptoms and do some simple checking and .........tat all! Not even a single advice was given to me about the possibility of my illness. I was not satisfied and go bac to the room to ask him again for the opinion and then only i get few simple words from the doctor. Omg! I was wasting my time and money. I definitely won't visit this hospital anymore! If you do not how to respect the right of your patient then jus dun take this position! Remember, you are not giving any free consultation and medication!

    I think there is a problem with this hospital..the service is quite bad, the nurses are not friendly and look tired..when I asked them they said there was a lack of nurses..that's why they came late when I called..how can such a big hospital not have enough nurses doing business? I hope the employees can make a report to the authorities..this not only embarrasses the hospital, but harms the patients staying in this hospital..how do you want to manage the patients if there are not enough nurses working??

    I called today and ask about OGDS service is how much coz iโ€™m planning to bring my parents here for check up OGDS. Front desk counter do not know about OGDS, and pass to Welness counter. Unfortunately, i was so surprised by the welness staff is so RUDE by answering the phone. Straight away say NO. We dont have OGDS. All we have is only the package. If u want single test, u need to see doctor. Yes, i know i must see MO or Specialist before nx step, but please give me price ( estimated also is okay) but she is refuse to say the price and keep mentioned about only Dr will decide the price. What hospital is this? Not transparent about the price! And the welness staff is so much RUDE. I dont know how she can work there. I hope this hospital is closing soon as they are more focus on money and business compared to giving services toward community. Price is not stated โ€œ only DOCTOR can decide how much is the priceโ€ . So frustrated. !

    Worst Emergency Department. Was here 2 weeks back due to high fever. The doctor in Emergency Department dont even bother to do further check up and just say it normal fever and prescribe me paracetamol. However the fever didnt recover. End up went to Pantai Hospital Ipoh and was admitted due to Dengue Fever. Please learn from other hospital in Ipoh. There is no point upgrade on your infrastructure and having useless staff.

    Service very slow. I don't know will I be able to survive after they take their sweet time to do the guarantee letter at the admission. I've been admitted to the hospital, the day they help me to cucuk jarum for the body system water hydration, my blood flows back to the tube , i presses the emergency alarm.. After 19 minutes nobody here. I phoned my parents for help. After another 5 minutes, only a nurse came for my rescue... This kind of service, nobody want their sick family member to be treated like that right??? What if it's really emergency and the patient died because of their slow services? PCSH did you take your patient's life as ur priority? I need a solid answer from you. This is all for the citizens.

    Bad attitude and irresponsible doctor and nurse. Prescription without checking. Ended up have to revisit but was taichi out and we have to switch to pantai. Luckily my sister is alright or else your hospital have to be hold responsible for anything happen to her. Agree with many comments above, you don't deserve any stars.

    My health has improved drastically after going for physio at PCSH.The physio therapist really put their effort to overcome my issue.Being a patient,we need to trust the process and listen to the suggestion given by the therapist. The physio front desk till the therapist are very polite and helpful for all my concern from booking or exchange slot of appointment. My suffering for past 8 months has now reduced 90%(sleepless nite to a peaceful sleep now).A priceless thanks to the entire PCSH physio therapist team. A special thank to Miss Thenmozhli the physio therapist who has intro new treatment for me and a few others who really attended to me and not forgetting Mr Azmi. As well thank you to Dr Muhammad Mikhail Joseph who has said that physio is the only medicine for my recovery. The best medical solution has in PCSH.

    Dr Lo and all the nurses from the Paed ward were simply amazing, warm and friendly. My girl was so comfortable here that she no longer feared taking medication orally and via IV, so much so that she refused to remove her IV (make believe aeroplane of hers). I'd give it five stars as my daughter was in safe hands and got excellent care here. Food was decent too, suited for kids and adults alike. The rooms are dated but comfortable, room hygiene upon check in wasn't the best but they instantly got it cleaned the moment we mentioned it. Some preventive pest control could be helpful too, with the number of ants living in the damp bathroom walls. Overall, highly recommended!

    The best service from a private hospital. All staff from the entrance up to exit door, staff are very helpful & polite and importantly courteous.     It used to be only a maternity hospital, but now it has become a multi disciplinary specialist hospital with 15 Resident Consultants. Fees are affordable. Rooms are clean and parking is always available as they have a huge field at the back. A very good hospital that has been modernized through recent years.

    Dr Ng Jin Tai, orthopaedics, has been EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude to my mom on multiple occasions, literally outrightly unprofessional. My mom asked typical questions regarding her condition and Dr Ng refused to answer her. Towards the end the doctor said โ€˜canโ€™t you tell iโ€™ve been ignoring your questions? why are you still asking me?โ€™ He also asked my mom โ€˜so do you want this medicine??โ€™ my mother was taken back as she thought doctors should be the one recommending the patients and not the patients having to choose. My mom gave it around 5 seconds of thought until he said โ€˜if you take any longer to answer, people outside will have to wait longerโ€™ i understand that if taken an abnormally amount of time the doctor will be frustrated, but is a few seconds too long? If Dr Ng is so unhappy with treating patients maybe seeing patients isnโ€™t for him. Never been treated this rudely by a doctor before, extremely disappointed by PCSC and Dr Ng.

    Very professional and they came to attend to me while I was finding it difficult to walk. Registration at the clinic was seamless and Mr Jana (Ortho surgeon) was very professional. The lobby had a very cozy feeling and a cafรฉ to get your caffeine fix and some small bites. Not sure about inpatient services.

    Admitted for 2 nights n my Specialist Doctor was Dr.Seow, such a nice doctor. The nurses there also very helpful and friendly. Customer service also very good. Foods also nice. I would say overall is 9.5/10.

    First time admitted and very bad experience. Ask for a hug of water waiting for 3 hours. Asking when to meet the doctor the nurse told us very fast but I waited for 5 hours and my father is starving. Is the nurse thought we cannot afford outside meal ? Ridiculous hospital and nursing service. Do everything without telling the patient the purpose.

    Being really generous with even giving one star. Doesnโ€™t deserve a star. I came to the emergency with injured shoulder and knee. I was attended after 15 mins. Was in severe pain. Then I was sent for X-ray which I had to wait for nearly 40 mins and I was placed at the corridor where people were walking in and out. Then I could not wait anymore, I had to walk back to the emergency and told them what had happened. To my suppose the emergency staff told me to have a seat and we will generate the bill. That ticked me off more and I just stormed off. Told them to just email me the bill. seriously disappointed. Will never ever step into this hospital ever again. Customers service -100

    As a parents we are satisfied with the services. We referred to Dr. Lo Wan Yi, she serve the kids very well and she ensure they are completely recovered prior discharged. The services at Wad Level 2 room 210, the nurses and the physio have performed their duties well and caring the children's. We recommend to other parents refer Dr. Lo Wan Yi for your kids.

    People visit private healthcare for quick access and comfort. Part of that is front desk manners. It's very disheartening when front desk staff are abrasive and nonchalant. This particular front desk was rude over the phone and in person. Hope the facility could look into staff interpersonal skills.

    I have a terrible experience here. Everything overcharge!!!! My advice is when u pay bill please ask for the breakdown bill to check one by one yourself they most likely will extra charge you and the stuff attitude is bad, not helpful . Overall Service is terrible poor!!!!

    First time at pcsh to visit a urologists @ Dr. Mani's office. The dr is such an ignorance, refused to listen to patient's explainations. The nurse also gave very bad service. Supposed to called me 3 days later to inform me on report but didn't receive any calls for bout 5 or 6 days (I almost forgot bout the report). So i called the office instead and asked why i didn't receive any calls fr them and she insisted that she called once but no one pick up. Then i asked bout the report & she said she will call me back after she retrieved the report. Waited half day & no calls from them. So i decided to walk in into their office instead. Saw her sitting at the counter, no patients, & dr not in. She saw me, only then she walk to another room to retrieve the report. I asked her again bout the call & she say she will only called once. If no answer, she won't call again. She won't even message or do anything else to contact patients again. Such a lousy service for a private hospital.

    Waiting for more than 12 hours to transfer to another room. The reason given by the nurse was waiting for the report. So inefficient and ineffective.

    Guess apoinment shud be given and the time should be followed. Making sick ppl sit for 2 hours to see dr is not a good idea. Give time and ask patient come 30 min earlier. U can manage ur crowd better. Pity to see sick ppl need wait so long. New building but ur system are still slow.

    Although Iโ€™m not the first time mother but I found that todayโ€™s antenatal talk is important to me, which is a second time mother to be. Thank you to the BFmum, Dr Lo, Dr Anoop and physiotherapist from PCSH for sharing such an informative and interesting antenatal talk to the parent to be. It refresh my knowledge on the care of newborn, tips on breastfeeding, childbirth and prenatal exercises. Great job and keep it up.

    Just got discharged today. The Dr did a good job. Perfect operation. Some hiccups during the discharged probably shortage of staff during national Day. I couldn't get my x ray report upon discharge. Nevertheless they r serious about their service, the customer service head has personally took up the responsibility to post my report to my home address on the next day. Thank you very much and also thanks Dr Ng still call me checking on my status although I had discharged from the hospital.

    I hope all doctors and nurses realise one thing. The top criteria of wanting to be a doctor or nurse must stem from having a heart of empathy & compassion. Never enter this line if one can't feel the discomfort or pain of a patient. I hope the top man is blessed with character of empathy so to ensure the downline doctors and nurses are often reminded of this trait. The world will thank you.     Pro Can easily find a parking slot. Very affordable heath screening package compare to other local facility. Most of the test is conducted by Doc instead of specialist. Testing lab/dept are within comfortable walking distance. Screening package with complementary breakfast & lunch. Con Always with long queue & waiting time for every test. Limited resident doc. Can't get the report withing the same day as compare to some favility/hospital. Waiting time took more then hours which is un believable... Staff/nurses are much younger compare to other specialist centres. Wellness center is not well organised & manage( not customer oriented & do not promote as the package is very competitive} Summary This is a very affordable private specialist/hospital. Staffs are quite friendly. Do expect long queue & waiting time.

    Came here for a consultation with the endocrinologist, Dr. Letchuman, and general surgeon, Dr. Ravindran. Both doctors are nice and friendly, well-patient in giving their expertise advices according to our needs. Comfortable to talk and work with them, helps me understanding more for thyroid conditions and they have also provided few suggestions to consider. The staff are helpful. Charges are reasonable and slightly lower than another private hospital that I visited. I donโ€™t deny that they pay a good service in specialists. Worth considering.

    2nd time here. Service by staffs is good but slow. They seem to look like they are fatigue and not motivated. I ask them why they look tired, they said the hospital management is pressuring them to work because they now operate new building with low number of staff. Their new building look good but if they keep running with low motivated staff, this place might die as service is slow. Now they dont have Rm90 room anymore cause me to pay 20% as I use my insurance. I suggest u to build 4 person sharing room with Rm90, I definitely will choose that room, compare to Rm160 with 2 person room they give me. This show their management is terrible. So PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR MANAGEMENT! Nice building with poor management cannot help u loh

    An honest review. Had a minor surgery last year and stayed 2 nights but apart from the friendly GP, others are below expectations. 1) Verbally quoted amount differed much from actual bill. 2) Though was a minor surgery at abdomen area, I was required to "assist" lifting my body onto the hospital bed right after awakened from a state of anesthetics thereby causing immense pain to the wound. 3) Noisy chattering and exceeded the number of visitors allowed Conclusion : cost wise is way below others and average if anyone not specifically expecting 5 stars treatment

    as you saw in the picture below , that person in the blue shirt was very rude . my mom need to do checkup and her response with my mom was very rude ! the way she talks to my mom also not very friendly. my mom said she will come back for urine test because she cannot provide the urine at that time , so can she do it after this . her replied was "up to you, its your loss not mine" replied with a big sigh and angry face . she was very rude till the end . the second part was , she was answering the phone . the way she's answering the phone was not friendly at all ! she was mad at that customer who were asking about the package on the pamphlet. she said "i know u want to take the package but which oneee , you need to tell me clearly laaa! " and then she keeps mumbling at the reception counter said "we all come back late because of the patient, everyday like this !" I'm not sure how you want to handle this thing. but clearly I'm not happy with this service and situation. at the health care centre she was supposed to know how to treat a patient . how to answering the phone in polite manner ! not just working and get the salary only . she should know how her jobs work !

    Awful experience with this so called โ€œspecialistโ€ hospital especially the imaging department. Went there for an ultrasound with my mother. By the time we arrived, the staff there just hangout and chatting at the recipient desk. We provided the refer letter we got from Clinic Setia, but the staff claimed there are โ€œlotsโ€ of people queuing and literally asked us to come back after few hours which around 2pm. Came back at 1:50pm, they say there are still โ€œlotsโ€ of people and we need to wait again. Waited for an hour but the queue number did not even change. At 3:10pm My mother went to the counter and asked them when they going to call her then only they let my mother in. โ€œSurprisinglyโ€ those staff inside did nothing but chatting and giggling. These staffs clearly lacks trainings, very unprofessional and treat us like we came here for free. Definitely will not go to this hospital anymore along with itโ€™s panel clinic (Clinic Setia). Wasting people time at its finest.

    The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. (Thank you Dr Thilaga, Dr Seow and Dr Joseph). Absolutely impressed with the nursing team in Ward 3C and Emergency Dept. They are professional and pleasant.
