I have been there a few times. The only 2 stars I am giving here is because the doctors are very well-experienced. But the nurses' attitudes are appalling and they treated customers AS IF we were there for free treatment. This morning, call up to see if there's any vacant slot for appointment. It's alright if there's no, but the nurse was talking to me on the phone, while chatting with other nurses and laughing. She wasn't paying attention to my question. It's very impolite to talk to customer on the line, while joking and laughing with other nurses at the same time. They do this all the time. Working place is not a place they should place their own chatting above work responsibility.

Expected to wait 2-3 hours as stated in their notice. I came before 10am, waited 2-3 hours. Its ok as i knew about the waiting time. Can see the name of waiting in screen. Dr Loo explained very detail and patiently. The downside is need to climb staircase to the 1st floor where clinic located.

Im giving 3 stars because Dr. is very good experience. Only the stuff are unfriendly and Slow. I been here for so many years, their attitude still the same. They are no smiling and don't even ask for any help infront the desk. We are just like a transparency, until u talk louder or ur face have to purposely appear in front of them closer only they will layan u. I wonder their Boss notice it or not. Well, hope u all (stuff) see this please get some improvement on the attitude to the patient. However still need basic of customer service. We will much appreciate and Thank You.

Both Doctors are well experienced but the staff there impolite at all. I make a called to double confirm on my appointment but they keep telling me they will send whatapps 1 day before the appointment date. Can't you just check the record for me if in order. Hope they can improve their attitude be more courtesy.

Well i wanted to have an appointment but reading all the reviews & comments from the past years until to date how come the staffs are not changed. Every comment is stated on staffs attitude by right the good management should fire these staffs and hire those whom are qualified & responsible. There are many out there seeking desperately for job unlike these kind of rude and ignorant staffs. These are the main reasons for new patients/clients to walk away even though the doctors are expert. It’s not about using an App to make appointment but the entire system should have some discipline. Fire those unworthy staff & give opportunity to those whom are really in need.

Bad service and bad attitude of the staff, I asked for register for a few times , the staff keep ignoring me, and at the last she just said 'yes?' Impatiently and She just walk away before I answer her. What a bad attitude!

Doctor simply take ultra scan pic and send blurry images for the past few months we went there even though we can see the baby shape clearly. When informed them they refused to send anymore scan pics even though we called a few times. Doctor also has an uncaring attitude towards mother and fetus, as if he wants to get it done with quickly. Nurses aren't friendly at all. Will NOT visit again.

Recommended by friend because it's check-up is more affordable than private hospital. Based on the review, you will either like it or hate the system there. Queuing is always longer if you booked for the afternoon slot because of the backlog from 9am and walk-in. Perhaps the clinic owner can train the nurse to warn all the incoming patients of long waiting time.

I understand why Dr Loo is so highly recommended. He is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel like he's trying to rush you out the door. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and am very satisfied with his care. As for the rumoured rudeness of nurses... There were 3 nurses on duty when I was there, 1 of them was friendly and the other 2 were brisk and business-like. They were not rude to me, but I can understand why they might appear to be rude. I had an appointment and still waited an hour. A walk-in at 12pm was told to wait until 4pm. So, it's better to make an appointment. But beware, the waiting list is about a month for appointments.

Dr Erin is good! She performed speculum examination & pap smear with minimal discomfort. Felt less shy, as she is female =) She provide valuable advices!

Dr Loo has excellent surgical skill! Highly recommended

Visited this clinic on the 7th of September 2023 due to pregnancy bleeding at 7 weeks. We waited almost an hour to see the Dr. The ultrasound scan and Dr consultation went smoothly. The Dr was nice to talk to and gives a good explanation. Based on the ultrasound, the Dr said the foetus looks OK. He even gave some pregnancy strengthening injection and medication. We returned home with hopes and smiles. Total cost was RM470. We didn't mind as long a the baby was OK. However, the bleeding continued and we lost our pregnancy the day after, on the 9th September. It was really disappointing to have to face this. Felt like false hope.

I went there due to vaginal infection. Doctor Ser Yee Ning is kind and attentive. She speaks Mandarin which is a plus point for me. She answered all my questions patiently and resolved all my concerns. From my observation, the staff there is quiet nice actually, could be the patients are not that much around that time (10.30am). Clinic is clean and spacious. I would recommend you all to make an appointment prior visiting the clinic to avoid the queue. They do not accept credit card, only online banking and ewallet’s are accepted (boost and tng).

Irresponsible nurse who don't advise patient not to wait for walk-in turn. Should explain to patient that is full and walk-in need to wait at least few hours. Patient wait blindly for 1.5hrs and jave to wait again for another 1.5hrs. What the hack!

Doctors are very friendly and well experience, nurse attitude sometimes good sometimes poor. Definitely have to make appointment, otherwise it is a very long queue if u just walk in.

Dr. Chia was so good to the patients. The staffs also really helpful. The cost not so expensive & very reasonable.

Yesterday I went to the gynecology department for a follow-up consultation. It opened at 9 a.m. and I registered at 8:59. The nursing staff reminded me in advance that since I had not made an appointment in advance, I would have to wait two to three hours to see the doctor, and that patients who had already made an appointment should be given priority. Staff is good. Unfortunately doctor is very careless about our lives. Because I went there with another doctor recommondation. After checkup he said there is nothing inside ''It is just a egg, everymonth it is happening'' this was his answer. But after that my pain was still same. Then I went to another doctor. after all i get to know that i'm having serious issue(cancer) inside my ovary. I'm asking you please don't do those kind of things to people. You should be a responsible person. 👎

Before I visited, I read all the reviews here. Some of the bad reviews would stop me at first, but there is still good reviews. So I would like to give it a try. And here is my experience. First of all, all the staffs there are friendly and helpful. It's very spacious as u can walk around while waiting for your queue. The doctor is very professional.

Dr Loo is kind, passionate and pay great attention to my wife who has delivered. A recommended doctor to every mom who is pregnant. 5 stars . Nurses are kind and efficient.

Dr Ser Yee Ning is a little bit impatient and fierce in my opinion. Personally,i think that she can be a professional doc but when the clinic has too much patients and one of the nurse gave her some pressure she will forgotten her responsibilities as a doctor and tried to rush and got the feeling like wanted to chase you out. After all, patients are there because they need ur help and advice and it will make patients feel uncomfortable and helpless if you have that attitude. I hope she can improve to be much more caring as patients will have questions because they are not you who is knowledgeable in your field. Thank you.

Please do not come to this clinic. The service is incredible worst. I had made an appointment at 12:30, but I have waited 1 an hour for my turn. Then what’s the point of making appointment. Moreover, the clinic required to reach 5 min in advance before the appointment time. Totally waste of time waiting here. Worst experience ever. It doesn’t deserve 1 star at all.

The customer service attitude was terrible. She spoke as if someone had offended her. I had two pregnancies there before. I had some things to ask the doctor, so I called to ask if I could do this if I have asthma. The nurse said If you want, just walk in. Our doctors won't answer the phone. What an attitude! I just want to make sure I can!
