Sent my dog here for 5 days boarding. My experience is 3 star. overall the shop is nice n clean but we can't see the exact spot they kept the dog that boarding. the shop seems like very busy .give three star because there r room for improvement, if they can show cctv to pet owner then it will be much better, they r busy to show us video or update sometimes ,so if we can see fromccctv, it's easy for the staff.

Good experience! They always welcome you with a smile. The best part is that they took care of Rowdy and Raskie like their own babies.👍🙂

Very good places n cheaper to kept yr pets here

I’ve been having my dog for about 8 years and its ticks problems have been haunting me. I went to various pet shop in hopes that they’ll be able to solve my dog’s problem but it doesn’t seem to help. After I turned to Leowon Pets Galaxy, my nightmare finally stops. They are really good in advising ways to clear ticks in my house and garden which I’ve finally gotten rid of those annoying, vicious ticks.

please take care of your pet when bringing them for grooming service at here. From my own real experience I brought my cat over for grooming session and few days later my cat were sick and having diarheaa and severe vomiting. Vet said it must be infected from dirty places. Not only that they didn't even clean my cat properly as I saw some yellowish stain on my white cat fur. If you wish to visit here please monitor A to Z on how their staff clean your pet and cleanliness of the place as I was restricted to visit during grooming session. Reported to kpdnkk and animal welfare society for this.

Grooming service is awesome. Didn't manage to groom my dog in other shops but this pet shop does it for me.

Past few days i sent my dog for grooming, good service and nice grooming. Skin problem also slowly recover. I need to thanks them for helping me to cure my dog’s skin problem.

I am disappointed with the service they gave to my cat, they said that they will bathe, groom and take care the flee infestations problem on my cat while I was away for 6 days, when I came and took back my cat, I found my cat was not bathed nor groomed and the number of flee increased although I paid for all the service they promised me.

clean and tidy, no bad smell at all. The owner is helpful and patient to serve us, and the employees are helpful also.
