From my 1st visit when I was young at Seremban outlet for almost 20 years till now a new outlet in Rawang. I think I already bought more than 100 cakes from Baker's Cottage. All I can say is it gives me a walk down on memory lane. I miss my childhood. There were custom made cake too. I ordered a half oblong fresh cream cake in 1998 at Seremban outlet. One day, I will get that too. Roasted chicken is fabulous. Taste great. RM12 only for whole chicken. Pricing still maintain reasonable. If there is KFC, there will be Baker's Cottage. Your business expansion is quite good👍🏻 Overall 100% from me.

Very bad experience when the staff doesn't wanna write on top of my cake. She was very rude telling me she wont right. And lying to me... Pls avoid going to this shop

Shops layout is good but from outside seems like selling only bakery and pastry things. Does not show selling roasted chicken. Staff aware of my order thru phone (eventhough not paid yet) and very polite.

The hygiene is kept to a good level! The price of the products are reasonable and affordable as Rawang being a developed city! The staffs are friendly and easy to deal with them. There was no crowd when I went there even though it was on a weekend. So I think this is a place for supper and having dessert on a chill day!

Still did not offers dine-in due to MCO. Those who loves whole roasted chicken you all should try it here! Its cheap! Has quite variations of cakes, pastry to offers.

Cake was nice but the grill chicken was best, only Rm12 can get a whole grilled chicken, super cheap.

I bought yr food for lunch at shop around 1pm 6mar 2021, red velvet & blackpepper chic is quite good..but girl in front (cashier) not very polite coz like she's angry when i asked question,not very welcoming cust. When i want to order combo 39.90, surprisely she reply like this.. No combo, u need to buy separately.. So weird.. Some more, mr orders is wrong given, 4 pcs rice, only got 2..very dissatisfied with yr service, please do something about it.

The food and pastries here is delicious, price is also quite cheap compare to their competitor eg: secret recipe etc. Definitely one of the place I recommended to check out if you are around in Rawang.

Im sorry that i had to leave a not very pleasant review. Came abt 2 months back during lunch time. Egg tart crust were dry and burnt, they got stuck to the cup. Had same tart from a different branch, tasted lovely. The tart came out wholly when taken out and melts in mouth. Also Just would like to inform your management, malay female staff was quite rude. Working like she was forced to. I dont know whether she is still working there, but physically bit chubby. Face so grumpy. She told me the price, i couldnt hear so i said pardon she ignored me and kept quiet so i had to look at the screen to see the price. Returned my money by putting it on the table and i took my own things. Didnot hv a pleasant experience there. Please, next time before hiring do a check on their interpesonal skill as they are the front desk. Didnt feel like going back bcs of the bad hospitality

Decent place if you don't want spent too much on a cake (compare to the red colour brand), decent cake for the price. One thing I just don't even understand how can a bakery selling this less varieties of bread or pastries survived, even worse than King's in terms of selections. Half of the pity small bread rack are mooncake. If you look at the oven section, all the egg tarts don't even looks the same thickness of crust, egg yolk height level, danish sausage super dry, I know it's a center kitchen thing, nothing to blame. Lastly, they have the best price in town for roasted whole chicken especially on promotion, not tasted super good but a decent one, a good family dinner if you in rush with this kind of price.
