The place is nice . Still under development but hey the basic need is there . Just hoping that I've an easy access to ATM machine . We've one near but it'll took about 5-6km . At Bandar Tasik Puteri nor Country Homes .

It's fascinating to hear directly from the location! I've been cruising here for at least three years, and I'd say the public facility isn't doing so well in terms of maintenance, with numerous bumps in the streets, but it's still not bad for the price. Below is the contact for access card.

Reason give 3 stars, too far away from Pusat Bandar even with Latar, NKVE availability, only ktmb (even efficiency is progress, but not many coach per day, causing suffering to surround citizen. ) Too many heavy truck on the road, road condition is bad at b27 causing uneasiness of staying at that area in terms of driving. But good things about that is strong m residence community, resident and committee member are working hard to resolve any conflict and always in short response time(good job). If you don't believe me, join the telegram group. In terms of infrastructure, that is the work that government have to do to improve the north (Selayang, Rawang, Serendah and etc ) not just the south(serdang, seremban, semenyih).

Not worth the price. Mah Sing property really drop in standard. House have many defects even though it's been years it was completed.
