Bring my child to the clinic for the first time yesterday, surprisingly i am super comfortable and happy with the service receive. The Doctor and the staffs are very helpful, friendly and patient. Dr was very patient and quite detail to share knowledge and information to respond to all my questions. They provided really good service. The way they treat my child also very patient, my son said he will definitely wish to go there again. The charges are reasonable and definitely worth the value. Highly recommend clinic, it will be definitely my future visit clinic. Plus point, they are open 24 hours!!

Did my swab test (RTK and RT-PCR) here. The doctor was friendly and the swabs weren't as painful as the ones I've had before elsewhere. They also have a designated parking spot for patients that want to do their swabs, so it's convenient

That's a first 24hrs clinic in our residential area, we felt much secure if we feel unwell during mid night, Klinik Dr Prevents is there. Doctors and assistant at Klinik Dr Prevents is friendly and helpful. The doctor patiently answered all my quires and explain the root cause clearly. Strongly recommended clinic to all communities at Bandar Sri Damansara.

I came to clinic along with my sister due to she can’t really breath so wanted to take nebulizer, but they’re taking so long to meet the doctor in charge and get treated with a nab, but dude she’s suffering to breath at the moment. Is that how you guys will treat an emergency patient ? Okay Yes! I understand there’s an another patient you’re treating but at least you guys can take a concern treating a patient who’s really in difficult condition. Very disappointed! I hope you guys will not do this to others too.

I was looking for a 24 hours clinic at around 1130 pm and found this clinic. The doctors here are really good and asked all the right question. Very patient too. I like how they listened to me. I had a very good experience here. The best part is they actually texted me to ask how i was feeling. It is hard to find a good clinic like this these days. Keep up the good service! All the best!

I was greeted by friendly staff in a good environment. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor and price was reasonably. Highly recommend going here if you need related assistance. Doctor was professional and took his time to understand my concerns.

The doctor and the lady at counter were so unsure and took 30min looking around for the right medication, and at one point the doctor had to video call someone to show him the right medication. He also looked so afraid to come close and examine me during consultation. The whole experience gave me no confident to trust the doctor at all. It’s the worst experience I’ve had and I definitely do not recommend.

My go-to clinic. The staff are friendly, the doctors are very attentive. They genuinely listen, give suggestions and very gentle as well. I've seen many different doctors here and all of them are professional and caring. Clinic is clean too.

Took my PCR test here and the nurse was very friendly and gentle, and it didn't hurt! My last experience with the PCR test in another clinic was very bad, so I was a little afraid to take the test, but the nurse at Dr Prevents was very good. The service is very fast, friendly, and price is reasonable. Highly recommend this clinic.

Glad that this clinic is open on Sunday but best part is 24hours. Doctors are super helpful. We were having emergency for our son late night. Luckily all good. Recommended.

Klinik Dr. Prevents is a highly recommended family clinic. Fresh and bright ambience which makes it lively unlike other gloomy dark clinics. Doctors are very attentive and take the time to get the required info. Not rushing through and immediately administering medications. Had a few visits and each one was a good experience during consultation. Front office staff are friendly and patient but needs to speak louder since there is a plastic divider at the front.

Fast assisstance and excellent services by the doctors with a reasonable cost. Followups are also done by the employees through text and call.

This was our first time at the clinic as our son's usual go-to clinic was closed due to the festive season. Registration was easy & smooth. The doctor was patient and based on her diagnosis, my son responded very well to the medication. The clinic also followed up a few days after, great customer service! Quick and efficient service from all staff every time I have to visit the clinic. From receptionist to pharmacist to doctor, they are all friendly and very helpful. Parking is convenient as they provide parking space right in front of the clinic.

Other than their wide range of medical services they provide, the highlight is all the doctors i've consulted with here are attentive and make me feel comfortable. They also ask detailed follow up questions and kindly explain options and the benefit of taking which option of medication. They also do not force me into any further treatments if i am not comfortable with it. You will be able to make an informed decision based on their medical advice. Its the clinic my family all go to now. From toddler to adult age range. Price is also reasonable and open 24hrs. So convenient.

Had a fantastic experience visiting this clinic. Went on a Saturday morning and there were two patients ahead of me. The registration process was smooth and the nurse in charge was so friendly. Didn’t have to wait long before seeing the doctor, a lovely Malay lady whom I forgot to get her name. She immediately diagnosed me with a throat infection, and prescribed my medication after getting more into. Payment and taking the medicine at the dispensary was smooth and all staff were friendly too. Today I got a follow up WhatsApp from the clinic to check on my condition, and it’s all cleared up now. Will definitely recommend this clinic to others. Doctor, staff and cleanliness all 10/10.

Had to take my niece as she had bad stomach ache due to food poisoning. As she is not from around this area , we randomly googled a 24-hr clinic near her condo and we found this clinic . This is our family go to clinic in Bandar Sri Damansara. Every visit was satisfactory. Staffs are polite, doctors are friendly and professional. I remembered my 6yo son had to get his influenza test, the doctor was patient enough to deal with my son screaming and crying while i had to grab my son to stay still. After the whole ordeal, he still engaged with my son and made my son feel at ease. It gives us the parents positive assurance too knowing the doctor care enough to level with the patient.
