Putting my trust is in Dr Shalan to help me get healthy, managing my lifestyle and improving my overall quality of life has been so easy and seamless that it is the best decision I have made in a long long time. Although I have to travel almost 30 minutes to see him each time , it is totally worth it. As a doctor he truly listens and cares for his patients. He gives you the honest truth and outweigh all possible options before embarking on the chosen path. I am eternally grateful to have him in my corner in my journey of longevity. Did a comprehensive health screeing here with pap smear.The doctor explained the results professionally and in detail.Usually i will do my yearly check up at the nearby hospital but doing it at Universal clinic was way more connvenient and hassle free. Will definitely come back next year for my annual checkup.

Let me walk you through my experience why you should choose Universal Clinic. I did my circumcision procedure at Universal Clinic. After consulting few clinics, this was the cheapest in town. Usually when it's cheaper you will somehow will have a downfall. But, here it was not only cheap, it was a great service and experience as well. Dr.Shalan and Dr.Faez was friendly and professional. Well explained about the whole procedure which I literally lost my fear of going through the procedure. I didn't get this experience from the other clinics that I went for consulting before choosing Universal Clinic. Every of my enquiries was answered with patience. They ensure I was clear and understood everything. Not forgetting the receptionist Mr.Sayed and Mr.Danish, always welcoming with warm smile and providing an excellent service. They barely made me waiting. Every time I arrive for my appointment, less than 5 minutes I'm already consulting the Doctor. PS: This not a paid review, but my personal experience.
