Stopped at this place for lunch during a long drive. The place was calm and peaceful to dine in. We ordered fresh pizza which came out in under 15 mins. The server was very helpful in serving to the table and in accommodating my elderly parents needs.

I'm giving this place 2 stars because of the lack of help they had for customers. I had Krystal as my waitress and she was fantastic! If she isn't manager she should be. It was crowded and I saw her trying the best someone could do to help the customers by serving, running the cash register and helping in the kitchen. I can't say the same about the rest of the staff I counted at least 3 in the kitchen and a hostess I believe and they seemed to care less if anyone got helped and all disappeared and left Krystal by herself to do everything. Pizza Hut you can do better than this, its not COVID anymore.... hire some staff!!

Sorry guys, one star is too much. We were staying at a local motel, traveling through on a seven hundred mile drive, and ordered a take-out pizza to be delivered to our room. If I had looked at it before the delivery guy left I would have refused it. I was once a huge fan of Pizza Hut and I can't say they are all bad... but this one charged us for something that made the box look better to eat.

Fast and friendly location. Called in our order from the road our this crust pizza was waiting for us. Only down side was the extra charge for red pepper flakes and the jar was already open.

Delivery drivers here have no idea what “contactless” means. Your delivery driver refused to leave my order at the door and walk back a few feet even after I told her it was a contactless order. This has happened twice with this location

Menu is wrong, ordered a pizza that had pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, onions, mushrooms, peppers, and olives but was labeled as a "beef siesta taco pizza". I got the pizza and it was just a big taco, not something with all the ingredients listed.

We got the melts. We both enjoyed them. I got the meats and asked only fir pepperoni, both sausages and the beef. Staff was friendly and courteous!

The service was stellar the food was hot n cooked n perfectly like I ordered. 5 ☆ I'll b bak.

The gluten free pizza taste so much better than domino's one. The deliver time is faster.

I ordered the gluten free pizza. It was delicious. One of the best I’ve tried. It was good enough that I came back the next day and ordered it again.

We used a gift card for the pizza, when I called to make the order the man was very friendly and let me know how much extra it would be after the gift card, which was very helpful. The delivery woman Robin was very sweet when she brought our food, & the food was amazing, plenty of toppings on our taco pizza.

We ordered online 30 minutes before close, order was confirmed and good to go. But then it was cancelled 15 minutes after close. Waiting 45 minutes for an order they never intended on fulfilling is completely unacceptable.

Tried ordering online. Won’t accept a Canadian credit card. Called the call centre…. Can’t figure out how to put in a Canadian credit card (because we use a Postal code not a Zip code) Got forwarded to the local restaurant and sat on hold for 20 minutes before giving up.

Dirty greesy plates and forks. Ordered cheese bread to start they gave ours to the door dash driver. It was the last thing to Come out. It was a big disappointment. So if we go back we will stick to take out.

Shawn was our server and he is excellent! He made sure the kitchen was aware of my food allergy and used all clean dishes to accommodate. The way he was running around the restraunt and keeping up was impressive! Give this man a raise!!

Pizza Hut is my favorite. When I have a pizza delivered it is always piping hot. This last time I picked up my order, the employee was super sweet.

We ordered a medium, pan pizza and 12 wings price was $60! When delivered it was a frozen looking cold pizza and wings. TI had to heat the gross pizza up to eat it! Do not eat at this Pizza Hut.

Took forever to get order taken, had to relill our own drinks, never got a spatula to serve up our food. Dishwasher had a tantrum and throwing things around. Might be a while before we go back.

unbelievable. shocked at the lack of any quality control. 60 dollar order and the only thing edible was the pizza after we had to bake it ourselves as it was almost completely raw when we got it home. is this pizza hut or papa murphy's? i wasn't trying to take and bake. the cinnamon rolls were overcooked and drowned in icing. literally you could not see the rolls for the icing. the pasta bowls were drowned in unflavored unseasoned (and by the temperature possibly uncooked?) tomato sauce. at all costs.. do not buy from this restaurant unless you are purchasing food for someone you really dislike. then it is a great place to patronize! now, the ramen noodles we ate instead of pizza hut: 4 of 5 stars recipe: 1 pack of instant ramen (mauchren or top ramen -- need the MSG) and seasoning place in microwave safe bowl and fill with approximately 6-8 oz water or until the brick of noodles is 70% submerged. place a loose lid over the bowl and microwave for 3 minutes (adjust according for wattage and age of microwave) once done, remove from microwave and liberally apply frank's red hot and a small dab of sesame oil (trust me) stir for 45 seconds or so until the noodles have absorbed the hot sauce and most of the broth. enjoy.

First of all be warned that there is no salad bar even though it is on the menu. The staff used profanity and one member laid down on the counter. Very unprofessional. The pizza ok but most of the cheese ended up on one side. I definitely don’t recommend this place for a dine in experience.

We pre-ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. When we went to pick it up, the help was fighting, arguing with each other and leaving the job. Everything was cold when we finally received our order. Other customers came in to pick up their orders which were not ready. Would not recommend this place

Fast delivery and good deals. My food was still hot on arrival! I wish I realized the soda I ordered was only a 20 Oz instead of 2 liter. The $13.99 pizza, bread sticks and cinnasticks are going to have to be my next order, that looks like one of the better meal deals. 🍝🍕 🍞

My spouse and I had a great dine-in experience at Pizza Hut in Rawlins. The gentleman that waited our table was very polite, courteous, and made us feel appreciated for being there. He was very evidently running a one man band there that night, but he did am amazing job at it. Kudos to Pizza Hut. Food was good too. 👍

Stop charging for Parma cheese. Add more cheese to the pizza. Use fresh ingredients. Almost 50 dollars for 1 large and 8 wings is outrageous

Staff came off kinda rude at window. Asked if there was salsa and sour cream for taco pizza. Was told it should be in there. So we checked and there was no salsa. Miss the crust seasoning option.

My order was missing food, dip, food was cold and tasted old. The marinara sauce was thin as water. My whole order was a complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

My friends and I were on our way to Yellowstone National Park and stopped here for some lunch. The pizza was good and the service was great. Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful (even though they'd never seen us and would probably never see us again). Thank you all for the memorable experience.

We decided to order to-go and eat inside our car since we had our pup with us and I guess the server noticed and she rushed outside just to give us some plates and utensils. Great service! and the pizza was delicious as well!

Did not get my pizza for over an hour. It wad cold. Ordered with chicken it didn't even come, neither did the little red pepper flakes or parmesan shakers I had in the order. Tried to call they just kept telling me to hold. I drove up to the pizza hut and the managers were just talking to each other without concern to any customer issues. She comes up I explain what's up she grabbed my chicken from off the table where it has sat for over an hour not even in the warmer. And just hands it to me without even an apology or any concern what so ever. Most unprofessional manager I have ever delt with.

I'd ordered before they opened. The pizza was correct nd ready when I arrived to pick it up. The cashier was professional and polite.

Hostess was nowhere to be found. Finally the cook went and found her. After ordering, waitress was nowhere to be found. The cook actually had to bring the pizza to our table. At checkout cook had to find hostess. I tipped the cook

This is the first time I've ordered from this particular pizza hut, and they did a great job. Even with being understaffed and understandably tired, Robin was very kind and polite. The staff is clearly doing their best to provide good food and good service, and I hope they know that it doesn't go unappreciated.

The cook waited on us from start to finish! He did a great job!! Our food was great too!! Props to the guy that helped us!! He went above and beyond!!

I was not satisfied withy order I paid for extra pepperoni didn't receive any. The pizza was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted properly. The crust was chewy

Ordered delivery. Paid for items I didn't receive then spent the next hour being placed on hold. They don't correct their mistakes, they just wait until you get tired of waiting. Order from someone else, this place is trash.
