Good place to have hot chocolate boba. Sugar was perfect and service was good

We ordered basic black tea with honey and a masala cutting chai. We just had a few sip of tea and then left. It was horrible. Black tea was too strong making it bitter and cutting chai was just llike milk with some flavour. Pls avoid. We wasted 429 bucks to leave the tea like that

Positives: Great service by Lipson. Explained different menu items and promptly served them Good indoor and outdoor seating area Anda Peppy Paratha, Anda Peppy Paratha, Kashmiri Kahwa that we tried were good Negatives: Loaded Aloo Peppy Paratha was a letdown. Thick paratha which was difcult to tear with ones fingers and aloo masala that was too spicy Does not have handwash facility or restrooms. Have to rely on the A2B in the same premises. At least handwash facility should be present

This outlet location is perfect and one can easily find it, staff was also friendly but the food quality is per the rates they are charging.. we ordered chilly cheese Maggie, paneer tikka roll and ginger tea.. only Maggie taste was good.. but roll was not good and it was too oily, which is not at all required in roll… ginger tea was not fresh at all and like wise the taste was.. I believe if someone is buying a small chai worth 100rs Atlst they can get it fresh..

The bun maska is not good. It's too sweat . Even chai has more sugar by default. The boba coffee drink was too good

I’m absolutely delighted by the experience I had with Chai Point! The Vada Pav was simply amazing—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. But what truly won my heart was the Uni Flask Tea, especially the option without sugar. As someone who is pre-diabetic and struggles to find tea without sugar on the go, this was a huge plus. I travel from Delhi often, and honestly, never expected to find such a superb tea joint in the outskirts.
