I absolutely love buff city soap! Every time we come in the employees are welcoming and so kind. They make my kiddos feel special and even had them help mix and resent our laundry items. Made the whole experience so fun. I've lived with eczema my whole life and my kiddos are also eczema prone. Everything I've tried from buff city is amazing, and not one eczema break out! It feels so good to know we're using things that are healthy and free of all the yucks in typical soap etc. Thanks buff city we love you! 💙

You can smell the amazing scents walking in the door! Create your own, or enjoy the creations they've made! Bath bars, laundry soap and dryer balls are my faves! Our clothes smell so fresh all the time. And it's all natural!!!!

Izzy was amazing to work with so incredibly helpful, explaining products, suggesting ideas. I've been to several Buff City stores and this was the BEST!

Love the products but customer service could use improvement. Was there on a Sunday and waited 25 mins to have my laundry soap scented because there was only one person working and she was only checking people out at the cash register. I didn’t have 30 mins to just buy some laundry soap.
