We had a great dinner, dine in tonight. The roast beef sandwich was very good. And added BBQ sauce. Wifey had cod fish dinner, and was also excellent.

First off, this bag is full of yumminess! And the box says "Take a picture it'll last longer". So I did! Hot crinkle cut fries, Cod sandwich (tartar sauce, lettuce, cheese) I added pickles and a root beer, Don't come here if you're in a rush. The food is cooked to order. I suggest you go online first because they have so many options. Thank you so much for the service with the smile and you guys have a great day!

This Culver's is our absolute favorite fast food restaurant. Burgers are delicious. Fish and shrimp are fantastic. Onions rings are perfectly done. The custard is fantastic! The staff go above and beyond to keep the place clean and to personally serve their customers. I'm not sure what their secret is to friendly, personable staff, but they've "nailed it". Even the building project next door tearing up their parking lot has not kept us away! Five ⭐ all the way!

A Butter Burger with bacon and cheese please!😋 This is my absolute favorite basket meal. However, I have yet to be disappointed about anything I've ordered from here. This place is always clean, has workers of all ages and always has such a friendly atmosphere. Go ahead try it and be prepared to make it your FAVorite restaurant for fast and delicious meals. You won't regret it.

Great burger it's what I expect out of Culvers. Great for the kids and Adults. Update still good.

Every time our family goes through the drive through, we are greeted politely, can understand the employee thru the speaker (a big deal 😉) and have a very pleasant experience. We may have to wait a few minutes for the order but its made fresh and thats worth it! Employees always are sweet, smiling and seem to really have great attitudes about serving the public. With so many places being slower because of employee shortages, I have not seen that affect this location. With so little training being done nowadays, we have never seen any of that here. The staff is always on top of their game. They seem very trained and happy to serve. We dont eat fast food often, but this is definitely the place we enjoy most in Raymore. Would give 6 🌟 if I could.

Always enjoy going to Culver’s. We just have ice cream but it was very good and prepared very fast. They had a long line that moved quickly and smoothly.

My partner makes fun of me for how often I want to visit this Culver's. The burgers are delicious, the ice cream is the perfect texture, and the employees are always so helpful and friendly. They're also one of the best restaurants in town for my mom, who has celiac. Not every location can be trusted to safely serve gluten-free meals, but this one absolutely can.

Took my kids for dinner! Let them have some control of their choices. They ordered chicken tenders and chili fries. The staff was very friendly and chicken tenders were delicious, less salty comparing many other places. There was, I assume, boys scouts in the house helping serve table. It was great.

The food was good. We ordered the fish and fries dinner. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. I was hungry; I can eat a lot, but I was full after 2 pieces of fish, most of my fires and roll. The service was great. Our cashier was really sweet and professional. The store was clean inside and out. Overall, this is a great place to eat.

I love the Chocolate Malts. Good custard, and fries. The pricing seems pretty shifty. Prices don't match prices I found online and when you ask them about it they aren't able to help. That being said, the employees are friendly. God bless

I typically have a good experience dining here, but recently that wasn’t the case. A young lady by the name Nora I believe was being very rude while serving me. She completely disregarded my presence for a while, I guess she was too busy talking to her friends. After that she proceeded to take my order with an attitude. I’m not really big on leaving reviews but her behavior was awful and it made my day worse. If you dine here, don’t expect great treatment all the time.

Last night was the last time I ever give this Culver’s the opportunity to completely blow off my curbside order. It was the first visit in over 6 months because this has happened every single time. It does not matter if you schedule the order an hour ahead of time, if you check in via web, email or phone call. It’s clear curbside orders are the absolute last priority. You will watch 15 cars come and go through the drive through line. The food runners will look right at you and completely disregard. By this time, you may as well get a refund because your food has been sitting 25+ minutes. Chicken was similar to rubber. Never again.

Our group meets here every Tues to crochet, knit and chat. We come in after the lunch rush and are able to spend a couple hours without taking up busy tables. The food is always hot and fresh, clean tables and floors and the staff comes by to admire our projects.

Props to your staff here! I thinks it's been awhile since I've been in a fast food place where the employees were friendly, they were laughing and having a good time while working. A manager complimented one of the staff members. They were all so cheerful and efficient. A rarity nowadays. Great job you all!

Completely disappointed. Wife was excited to go based on friends recommendations. Ordered a double mushroom burger with onions and pickles. Got a sandwich with 1 burger patty, 1 pickle slice, and 2 slices of onion. Either onion slice was thicker than the burger patty. Wife ordered a medium shake and got a small. Don’t understand a burger joint being open this long and making these major mistakes. Talking to the couple sitting next to us (she showed us what a medium shake should look like) and they said it’s normal for this restaurant. They come back because it’s within walking distance of their home. We didn’t walk and we won’t be back. Wife said her shake tasted OK, and my shake was fine. Burgers were overdone and dried out for as thin as they were.

My husband has gone through the drive thru a couple times recently to pick up several fish dinners and said both times the customer service has been superior to what you find at most fast food places today. We always enjoy the food and I love that we can get fish there all year round.

Sandwich was ok, tenderloin. Onion rings , not fresh luke warm, not crispy like in Lee Summit. Where they are cooked at ordering.

Fresh not! Cheese curds were not tough ! they tasted like onion rings .It's the first time I had the cheese curds everyone told me how good they were. 13 and change for fish sandwich and curds and not fresh at 11:30 ish disappointed. I have always got fresh food at Culver's this was Belton, Missouri try to stay away from there.

One item from our order got accidentally dropped while they were cooking, a young woman I’m assuming was the shift manager owned the mess up, came out periodically checking on us and comped us for the trouble while we waited for them to make our food fresh. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time

Clean. Friendly staff. Food was hot. Side salad well chilled. We had butter bun single burger and spicy chicken...it's spicy but delicious..Don't forget the ice cream! Enjoy.

My husband feels their food is a little greasy but I think it is very good. There was a busload of kids there and they were handled very well. We were not shoved to the back in the least. It was handled very well.

Awesome for a fast food hamburger place. Great food, everyone's over the top nice, but not in a disingenuous way, they really all seem happy! Plenty of help behind the counter and it's made while you wait. They've gotten my order wrong 2 times I'm 10yrs. Live Culvers!

First off the food was fantastic like usual! But this review is for the staff. From the moment I walked in they were ready to welcome and serve. Awesome Customer Service!! The others can not compete to how I get treated here. The dining room attendant was out to make sure I not only had everything but that I enjoyed my visit. It is refreshing to see younger staff with such a drive for customer service all while clearly enjoying their jobs. Emily the Manager on duty was Superb! I not only recommend this particular store to visit but to anyone needing a position. Keep up the good work!
