I love this place! I started my aerial journey on silks, trapeze and lyra in my late 30s. I found pole dancing through the Stiletto Gym a few years ago and was attracted by the sense of community, positive atmosphere and amazing instructors. I am in my 40s now and I attend classes here as well as teach here; and started competing with the Pole Pixies, an independent company that teaches and practices at the Stiletto Gym. I especially love teaching the bachelorette and birthday parties, helping women to celebrate sexy and feel confident and empowered on and for their big day!

Loved our class we took for a bachelorette party. Would definitely do again! Jessica was a wonderful instructor and made our group feel very comfortable. The only reason I did 4 stars was I was in the second row of the class and couldn’t see the mirror to make sure I was doing it how I was supposed to. The poles are lined up with each other instead of staggered so you end up blocked out by whoever is in front of you. Other than that I would highly recommend!

We did an hour class as a start to our company party and oh. my. word! If you have been wanting to try it JUST BOOK IT! Literally the highlight of the day. We had fun, felt sexy and pretty sure it was the best workout we’ve had in a while. Cassie made the class comfortable, full of laughter and fun while also giving us amazing education and techniques. We all agree we’d love to go back regularly!

Great instructors, clean gym, fun classes and amazing work outs! I’ve been to 4 beginners classes and I’m already noticing differences in myself and my abilities. I love it here, very body positive people who inspire you to be your best self! I’m always excited for class can’t wait for the next one!

Booked the sexy sampler for a little birthday treat and had alot of fun! The instructor made us feel capable and encouraged us the entire time. Looking forward to going again 😊

Had a great time with the sampler class. Literally was able to invert in 30 minutes after years of thinking I couldn't do it. I had the strength just needed the confidence. The instructor was awesome and her energy and positivity was top tier. I need to reschedule.

I love this place the ppl are great and helpful I learned allot in a short time. Ladies believe in yourself and love your body. Love, peace and pole. Darius is my person he is awesome and patient. Also amazing to watch.

This was so fun! I organized a party for my friends bday here and the staff was SO amazing to work with! Cassie our instructor made it so so so fun. We were all so comfortable and able to just let loose! I totally recommend this for a class or party!

Had a private class with Cassie for a girl's night. It was loads of fun and an amazing workout. The energy and attitude that Cassie had really made me forget about my insecurities and just enjoy the experience. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience with Gabby for my bachelorette party on Saturday night! She was patient, fun and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. Make sure you ask about Pole sizes, we forgot and started on advanced poles which was not a good idea!

Our teacher was so sweet, and so incredibly talented!! As a group of girls out of their comfort zone, the room was full of positivity, motivation, and appreciation for our bodies and our power! Absolutely recommend.

Visited Kansas City for a bachelorette party and did a class for fun. the instructor was nice, helpful and laughed with us, not at us as we went through the class. it was so fun and the group felt comfortable very quickly. offered to take photos at the right times, didn’t even have to ask! i would do it again if ever in town. very clear instructions with setting it up and everyone i spoke to prior was nice and informative. even provided other recommendations that we ended up loving!

I had my best friend’s bachelorette party at the gym and we absolutely loved it!!! Frankie G was the best! As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile of their face. During the class they are so encouraging and hype you up how you need to be!! I will absolutely be going back!!

Totally recommend. I attended Thursday's class with Nicole (the instructor). My sister and I both thought she was perfect. Made the class fun but sexy. We did a lot of different moves in an hour. perfect workout. We are definitely going back.

I had an absolute blast at my first beginners pole class. The wonderful teacher that leads the Thursday night beginners classes does a fantastic job at explaining, demonstrating and encouraging. It was such a great experience seeing such inclusivity and diversity in one space together. It was completely judgement free for all body types, athletic abilities and genders. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. If you attend one class, you’ll be hooked believe me.

Such a great experience! My friends and I all really like yoga so we thought we would give it a shot and did the Saturday Sampler class. It was tons of fun and everything is explained from basics so no prior experience needed. The instructors are so kind and patient and meet you at your skill and comfort level. Had a wonderful time and can definitely understand why all the review say "makes working out fun". Literally sore from yesterday but it was the most fun workout I have ever had!
