BE WARNED!! The coffee cups are VERY flimsy. The cup collapsed on my first sip and bathed my hand and interior in scalding coffee. In addition, I was told the burritos had not been warmed, so I ordered the ciabatta...which had a warm bun on the outside, frigid eggs inside. Gross.

This was my first visit here after passing it a million times. Got the candy bar latte which was okay. Also ordered the bacon ciabatta which was a gross disappointment ..bacon wasn't even done & wasn't even 1 whole piece. My daughter had the everything bagel sausage sandwich & she liked it. Sandwiches are pretty small too. They are priced pretty high for uncooked tiny bacon sandwiches. Probably won't be going here again.

This person was very rude and disrespectful. She made sharp responses when asked about smoothies as though she did not want to be bothered and she was also on her phone while a customer was still in drive thru with her back turned towards against us. Customer service because of this employee, I give a 1 star.

Stopped to replace the coffee from Hardee's in Towanda that exploded in my cup holder. Waited 15 min in line to buy a small coffee at DD because they only had one cashier doing everything. Oh, and she had to have a 5 minute conversation with a little boy about what his favorite donut is. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Every time I go all of the staff are so friendly. Not being able to go out and mingle with random people at stores while waiting to check out [see COVID] I really look forward to just those 2-3 minutes of small talk. They are all so nice, they genuinely care about their customers and take an interest. One employee I had the chance to run into within 2 days while ordering and she remembered and asked me about the turn out of the story I had told her the previous day. That level of care especially during this pandemic leaves a lasting impression and makes me only go to -this- Scooter's. I really appreciate all the hard work you ladies do and really am thankful to have a little human interaction.

I have been going to Scooters in Raytown for years and have never had a problem until the last couple of months. The wait has gotten longer and almost every single time I order, I have to repeat it and it’s still not correct. The worst part is I order mine hot and it’s almost always lukewarm. Something needs to change.

At night, the same employees run the Hardees and DD. Donuts are from about 5-6 pm and its now 2am. Counter was sticky.

Ordered a French vanilla iced coffee. Received what tasted like watered down, old coffee with no sweetener. Couldn't get past one sip without gagging. I'll never go back. Worst service area I've ever been to.

I paid $11.80 and didn't get what I ordered ,they messed up on the most expensive item Angus steak Bagel , instead got a very hard Egg and Bacon Bagel...We were tired and hungry and heading back North... not Happy at all ..next time I will by pass this service Area and go the extra 35 miles into Emporia..

I went there to get myself and my kids a damn chicken bacon sandwich on ciabatta bread and guess what happened... They were out!!! Who has the audacity to keep a Dunkin' Donuts open and running while they don't have any ciabatta bread. I am getting told this from some loser, a cashier who doesn't know a damn thing and can't explain to me why they didn't have any ciabatta bread! Then after I calm myself down after this disaster that should've put us in a state of emergency I ask for a damn normal ass coffee with some damn french vanilla creamer and then this incompetent cashier rings me up and tells me that it'll be a few minutes and just to sit and wait... Then after 15 minutes of waiting on this incompetent cashier to make my simple coffee he comes to tell me he is "sorry" but they are out of french vanilla creamer and that there is nothing that he can do! All I can say is that going to this Dunkin and the cashier do have something in common... They are both mistakes!

They put a small coffee in a large cup. Then put a paper over the icing of my donuts. When you peel the paper off it takes all the icing with it. Awesome way to destroy a donut.

Another great Dunkin' Donuts. Coffee and donuts were great as usual. The staff was not as friendly as usually found at other locations.

Went to order food and their were 5 people just walking around doing nothing. Once the line built up someone finally came to the front and told us they were out of what we ordered. When we attempted to contact the manager, she was walking back and forth texting. Instead of risking someone spitting on our food, we went to Hardees.

Why no whole milk, all they have here is that garbage 1%, gross

This is not a working Dunkin Doughnuts, it might be open, but not operating as usual. I ordered (2) bagels toasted with extra cream cheese and a small regular coffee, and the cut in half. I recieved a small black coffee and (2) Bagels toasted, (4) tubs of cream cheese and not prepared as usual. I don't make the rules or the lingo, I just follow. I have no idea what book they have.

The employees at this location are typically awesome! They seem to like being there and they always personalize their greetings and conversations, which is rare these days with most businesses requiring their employees to spout off a script. How fast you get your order seems to be random, sometimes it is very quick and sometimes you pull up to the window and your order hasn't been started yet. I don't mind though really, I just make sure I have enough time to stop. If I'm in a hurry it's my fault, not theirs. Only negative is Scooters is a bit overpriced.

Liked the added touch of the 2 employees outside taking the order, both very friendly; however, one was vaping in customer site.

Two cars were in front of me, and understood the wait. Both cars ahead of me got their items and left. I waited 4 minutes at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken care of, and someone was behind me too. Never once have I had a bad experience at Scooters. So over companies charging so much when they can’t even hire the right employees to run it.

App didn't allow me to select blended..so they made my Praline Carmelious incorrectly. However, they corrected it immediately & I tipped the employee who remade my drink!👍😁🤗

I ordered the oatmeal and the topping wasn't included. I went back to get it, and they didn't seem to know such thing existed. Pulled up to the window and was just stared at. Asked for them to toss the oatmeal and was told I had to get out of the car and go to the dumpster. Requested my refund and after several minutes was told they didn't know how. Advised to return "sometime tomorrow" to speak with a manager. I asked *when* tomorrow...barista said she didn't know. Asked how will they know about today's issue...barista said she'd give them my name. I gave it but don't believe she wrote it down. Then she turned away so I drove away. Here's my name with this review. These are children (mine worked here) and mistakes happen but someone who knows what to do should always be present. Lack of training, poor customer service and proper communication skills need to be addressed ASAP. This is how they LEARN.

This franchise has been lacking in customer service for s while. Twice this week I have been late to work because of workers coming in late. The girl this morning said her alarm did not go off. Thirty minutes later I asked for a carmelicious blender with two extra shots whipped cream with no drizzle,wrong twice. She even put chocolate drizzle and caramel drizzle in there after I said twice no drizzle! Two cars through in 30 minutes,a manager needs to make sure there are workers there at 6am. $8.36 cents for a coffee I would like it right! In the past few years,several times no one has been there at 7am. The owner needs to get more involved. Very frustrating and they are losing a lot of business,saw at least 10 cars pull out at $8.00 that is $80.00 minimally in a 30 minute period.

First visit good experience. Drink was good, food was so so. Price compareable to Starbucks. Second visit was bad. I asked for a medium drink got a small, asked for a plain bagel with egg, BACON and cheese got this instead. An everything bagel with egg, SAUSAGE and cheese. This grosses me out to the point that I don't want to eat it! I will probably throw it away. What a waste. If I could give zero stars I would.

Things are really nice here. They actually didn't charge me $4 for me which I really appreciate. The coffee is always good it's definitely the best coffee deal in town at a dollar nine--just the way I like it--including tax. I'm definitely that ☺️ with my morning cup of joe from this (or the South Noland road) Scooters. There is a sign directing one there, but this place is difficult to get to. That's only reason I took a couple stars off for the "atmosphere). From time to time I run into a not-over-friendly staff member there. This is only reason I took off a star from service. Otherwise it's very good! But on balance yeah it's definitely...it rounds up at least to five stars. Cheers!

Definitely have their own strength & menue. Tried to make a drink similar to Starbucks & it was so sweet I couldn't drink it. So be careful & just orfer off the menue

They were giving a 10% discount to ALL CDL drivers, but now they only give it to bus drivers. I come thru here 6 times a week and I will not be stopping here anymore!

Scooter's coffee tastes different than any other. I'm not sure if it's in the roasting it what but I love it. Their latte's are the best. The staff is always very friendly.

Fantastic place if you don't have a dairy allergy. Been going to this location a lot lately, much preferred over Starbucks it's way faster. Last time I was there it was in the evening, and I always request almond milk because I can't have the real thing. I did not receive almond milk last time, couldn't tell the difference until my stomach was on fire half an hour later. Mistakes happen, I get it. Went back this morning, ordered a drink for myself and one for my wife. My wife likes half and half in hers, I cannot have dairy. The cups were not marked and when I got home I wasn't 100% sure which was which. My wife was very confident she got the right one but after testing both I had zero confidence my drink was made dairy-free... Threw it away rather than risking ruining my entire day. Very frustrating. I love scooters, but I have lost confidence in their ability to make my drink correctly and because real milk will ruin my day, I won't be back.

When we arrived late afternoon, the espresso machine was being cleaned, and they didn't have any cold brew. Then, the drinks we did receive, did NOT taste good and weren't made right. And to top it all off, I was charged TWICE for my order! When I called to ask them to fix it, they said I had to come back to their location to get my money back. Which, I would have been ok with, except I live 14 hours away from that location. I will not be going back again, and would not recommend anyone to either. If you do go, check your bank account before you leave, to make sure they didn't charge you twice. I understand when people make mistakes, but don't understand why they wouldn't go out of their way to fix it. Even a coupon in the mail would have been a nice gesture.

Visited at 12:15 in the morning. Took 20 minutes to even find an employee. When she did appear, she seemed to be bothered by my visit. Ordered a large hot chocolate and 10 munchkins. Hot chocolate was being advertised for 1.99 and I was over charged for the munchkins also. I'm not sure how America can run on Dunkin when it's employees are so horrible at their jobs. Can't take the survey online so I'm posting here.

I would give this 0 stars if it had one. Went there today at 5:55am waited five minutes pulled to the speaker no one there it's fine it's legit just now open. I wait another 5 minutes no person I then pull the the window no people at all in the building. I waited till 6:18 when no one showed yet I left. I then went somewhere else to get coffee for the person I promised it too. Kicker also just called up there see if someone maybe is there now 0 answer to the phone. Next time I'll just make the extra drive to Starbucks or pretty much anywhere else instead of wasting me time.
