    This McDonald's sucks man. I don't mind waiting for my food, but when I wait 15 extra minutes and I still get nasty old fries, that's not cool. They should try their best to give exceptional fries to every customer. Heck, that's the only reason most people go to McDonald's! Burgers we're hard and I swear it did not taste like a Burger. It's always like that though, with this one. That's why I rarely go here. I only did it for my little brother and cousin. Manager needs to make sure his/her workers are putting in good work. Only gave 2 because the drive through lady was nice.

    Got McDonald’s because i translated for these three boys and the gym coach bought me some for the help . The fries were mid and the burger was okay . Still thankful for the lunch tho🫡

    Terribly made chicken deluxe but the manager replaced the bird with a smile and no problem. Nice lady. They're expanding their drive through, so expect construction for now and a faster visit next time.

    This has to be the worst location in the area. Recently people's credit cards have been compromised here. The employees are rude especially the manager FRIDA. I paid for my food and was asked to pull up and Park. I was parked for 10-15 minutes while I watched every car in the line get their food and the 2 cars parked behind me. I went in and asked for a refund and FRIDA didn't apologize for the wait, instead she said they were waiting for fries as if that was going to solve the initial issue I walked in with. She has a terrible attitude and every time I have an issue receiving food she is the manager on duty and every time she has a FOUL attitude and the inability to properly service customers in a timely manner. She has no personality and management should reconsider her being there. I've witnessed her having her airpod in her ears on multiple occasions which is unprofessional. Fast food is FAST food for a reason. Not wait 15 minutes because of 2 medium fries and 1 large fry.

    Not much has changed from the last visit.... slow service, kids who pretend to not know how to do things unsupervised, and not concern for time..... Walking inside to order because drive thru was very long, but this was no better. Only thing I enjoyed was the decorations while I waited.

    I had to go in because they forgot all of the fries for my meals. I like to order through the app. Customer service is usually pretty good. Tried the spicy mccrispy and it was pretty boring & messy. I'd be better off with a mcchicken

    8/23/23 I come here maybe once a week.. So it's been a while iv had bad experience. Besides beginning of August I swear the lunch I had that day made me sick.. So today I asked for jalapenos on my double quarter pounder. It was 50 cents and as I was paying I laughed about its 50 cents and I bet only three comes on it.. I was correct. 16.6 cents a slice. I noticed one was a little different it's because it was the end of the pepper where the stem is and it should have been thrown away.. so end up being 25 cent slices.. The end cap cut was facing straight up so they seen it and not gave two f's that day.. Don't get me wrong I'm not just complaining to complain. It cost me money. 🤣 Photo in review for proof! 😒 ------------------- 6/1/23 I'm not sure what happened last time. Probably them and I having a bad day. Iv been going here for while now. No issues. Lately anyway. Keep it up! ------------------ 2019/2000 Fake food and bad service.. the one in Raytown has to be the worst ever... Orders is always wrong. Food is bad. And I've counted 14 workers once yet took them 23 minutes to get my food out. They all looked confused?

    I placed an order on the mobile app a caramel frappe with two extra caramel and a shot of espresso while waiting in drive thru for my order there was a vehicle in front of me which was there for three minutes and once I had arrived to the second window to get my order the cashier ask for me to park, I asked why would i need to park an caramel frappe and the young lady at the window was rude and said they had to change the caramel for the machine which was kinda weird because I’ve never heard of any restaurant nor coffee having to add caramel to a machine . Okay so I pulled up and went inside the store to the counter not saying anything to the cashier and she took off running around as if she was looking for someone well she goes and get the manager which I didn’t request to speak too, when the manager walked up so was very rude and I explained to her is that I place a mobile order for a caramel frappe and I sat waiting for 3 minutes in a drive thru and the person before me wasn’t told to park and I wasn’t understanding why I had to park when I provided details at the first window to get my receipt, so everyone that their was an order for a frappe so if the machine needed more caramel that could’ve been done. The manager then proceeded to get rude again saying this is an ongoing problem with my frappe which it is when I’m paying for extra caramel and I never receive what I paying extra for but this had nothing to do with my order and she gets an attitude and state you can cancel your order on the mobile app and I asked her to show me where I can get a refund from the mobile app and the manager couldn’t find the info to do so which means that she is not knowable of a system that they operate in their establishment which is not good at all. All asked was for my frappe I paid for nothing else. This establishment has very poor customer service from the manager to the crew of employees. I have had enough with this establishment and it gets no where and this definitely needs to be fixed and if I don’t get a response back about this issue. I will leave a review on yelp and google because they are not fast with drinks nor food which this is a fast food chain in the fast food industry.

    Tried to use coupon on the app.. it's not possible. Tried to cancel order, couldn't do it on the app. No phone number to call and cancel..Tried calling store to cancel.. no answer. Went to the location to cancel the order so I could reorder and use my coupon. Was told they couldn't cancel it...I had to call. The burgers were so so greasy! Nasty... Spent 28.00 for 2 of us retired people...so upset.

    I've been here twice in the past week as the location is near my job -- both times I received cold stale fries, watered down drinks, and now today I have a McCrispy that is more like fried jerky and is half the size of the bun.. this is inedible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt today and now I know to NEVER return. Beyond mad that I've wasted my money for food I can't even ingest. DISGUSTING. This is literally McDonald's, it ain't that hard. Do better. Thanks.

    My daughter came through the line earlier and I have never been so disappointed in an establishment. They forgot her Big Mac and then refused to do anything saying that “there’s nothing we can do” even though her food was visible. They also forgot her happy meal toy after she got home. They were so incredibly disrespectful and treated her as sub human over their mistake. This mcdonalds location is a poor excuse for fast food. The attitude and lack of customer service was appalling and we will be calling corporate over this.

    Best Fries always. I order a lot of fries for my daughter because that all that she ever wants from McDonald's. I am never disappointed with their fries. Always hot.. Always fresh. Always good.

    I went there after checking my McDonald’s app and when I ordered I immediate gave them my code for my order and when I get to the widow they tell me the code doesn’t work . I tell them I just gave them the code. They tell me to close my app and reopen it. Then the app said I used the code already. Instead of fixing their mistake they tell me they can’t help me . They tell me I have the pay full price . This was the biggest inconvenience because I just gave them the code! The manager was a short woman with long hair and didn’t help at all she was rude and didn’t even offend me any resolution! Worst experience ever! She refused her name and just escalated the situation so I just drove off.

    I had a mobile order today. 02/17/23 First time here. Food was very good. I had special request and it was fulfilled without any mistakes. Prompt service from the young guy that brought me my order to my van. Keep up the good work. I will come back next time I'm in the area. Missouri food critique from Branson Missouri here.

    This Mcds use to be not so great, however they have had some staff changes and it is really a great McDonalds. They have their big rushes and do the best they can. People these days expect everything to be about them so I'm sure orders are crazy now with everyone wanting something specific for them. But I enjoy going to this location and the food always seems fresh.

    When do McDonald's in Blue Springs? When inside ordered from the computer which I shouldn't have to do? I stood there for 20 minutes. Waiting for my food. They lost my order it still wasn't ready after 20 minutes. When I finally got it it was cold not happy. The McDonald's the McDonald's in Blue Springs. They both suck the McDonald's and independence is awesome.

    I ordered a large cold coffee. They gave me a hot one instead. I told them it was wrong and they wanted me to pull up and I refused. "Just give me a refund and I'll be on my way, she urged me to give her 2 min to fix it, I said ok but I'm still not pulling up", I said. She rolled her eyes, slammed the window and started fixing my order. This was the manager on duty , around 730am.

    Just one of many times I’ve ordered “fresh” or “cooked to order” fries and received garbage like this. This was a medium fry- as received. Not that this review will change a thing- they asked to replace it. I said no, I’m just not coming here anymore. They shouldn’t have been sent out that way. Period.

    Going through the drive thru to get my son a boo bucket. There are bags next to him in the backseat (I'm pregnant and just lost my husband TWO WEEKS AGO so it was baby clothes given to me today) and the cashier at the first window goes "I see more bags than anything else in there" and I replied "Yeah... Going through some stuff right now unfortunately" because um hello... None your business. I'm just trying to feed my kid. And he responded "Yeah well be careful before that kid is claustrophobic before 5". When did it become okay to comment like that to people in a DRIVE THRU. You have no idea what people are going through and you just caused my fourth break down today! This McDonald's is a block from my house and I go there very very often. To the point some employees recognize my kids. But now I'm horrified to ever go there again. I'm just trying to feed my kid in a hard time, not get judged. Not to mention they forgot my fries AND gave me the wrong drink. Which they normally get my order spot on everytime... for years... So what the heck McDonald's 😒

    This is the closes McDonalds to me so I go there but lately I rather just drive farther out to not deal with the horrible services provided. It's sad because they try to charge you each item separate instead of a meal to charge you more as the manager stated it was "they're policy" since they have always done thing different. The manager at the time I went was having trouble understanding me and got one of her cashiers to translate even though I offered to speak to her in Spanish as I myself am bilingual. They also say they dont take the codes as they dont always work right. I will most likely not go there again as they try to make the customer feel bad for their mistake. Also they dont like to give receipts because they add extra stuff to it. I have had 3 refunds from them for that same reason. Since they charged me for things I did not order nor received in my order.

    I'd say out of all the McDonald's I've been to in Kansas city, Independence, lee summit etc this place has the best attitude, and if something is wrong they fix it.

    Avoid at all costs ! Walked in for a take out .. mistake seemed like I was invisible as they took drive thru after drive thru order at the front counter. Then an employee walked up beside the register and they counter employee took his order as I stood there. Making it even worse they had the ONLY front counter employee running food out to the wait lanes ! Do yourself a favor and choose another place for food.

    6530 Blue Ridge Blvd- I Order my food, then pull up to pay, while I was waiting for the car in front of me to pull up. Gun shots were fried. I Told my grandbaby to unbuckle her seat belt and climb to back seat and get on the floor. I Open my door and got out of my vehicle on to the ground. 3 employees just look at me and Just said or you "OK" I will never go to that McDonald ever again. I did call 911 🤫🙄

    1st off the manager there, I was told that her name is Marisol. She does not need to be working in the fast food industry. I was upset with the way she was towards me but disgusted with the way she was treating an elderly man waiting for his food outside. This poor man told Marisol that he comes here everyday and just wanted his food. Then tried snatching his receipt out of his hand. I at the time was on crutches waiting in the store holding my drink. Marisol hands me my food in two bags and then walks away and headed to the door. I thought she was getting the door to help me but I was wrong. That's when I seen her pointing her finger at the elderly man and as I was coming out the door is when she tried snatching the receipt out his hand while saying, I just want my food. SMH and disgusted...
