I
placed
an
order
on
the
mobile
app
a
caramel
frappe
with
two
extra
caramel
and
a
shot
of
espresso
while
waiting
in
drive
thru
for
my
order
there
was
a
vehicle
in
front
of
me
which
was
there
for
three
minutes
and
once
I
had
arrived
to
the
second
window
to
get
my
order
the
cashier
ask
for
me
to
park,
I
asked
why
would
i
need
to
park
an
caramel
frappe
and
the
young
lady
at
the
window
was
rude
and
said
they
had
to
change
the
caramel
for
the
machine
which
was
kinda
weird
because
I’ve
never
heard
of
any
restaurant
nor
coffee
having
to
add
caramel
to
a
machine
.
Okay
so
I
pulled
up
and
went
inside
the
store
to
the
counter
not
saying
anything
to
the
cashier
and
she
took
off
running
around
as
if
she
was
looking
for
someone
well
she
goes
and
get
the
manager
which
I
didn’t
request
to
speak
too,
when
the
manager
walked
up
so
was
very
rude
and
I
explained
to
her
is
that
I
place
a
mobile
order
for
a
caramel
frappe
and
I
sat
waiting
for
3
minutes
in
a
drive
thru
and
the
person
before
me
wasn’t
told
to
park
and
I
wasn’t
understanding
why
I
had
to
park
when
I
provided
details
at
the
first
window
to
get
my
receipt,
so
everyone
that
their
was
an
order
for
a
frappe
so
if
the
machine
needed
more
caramel
that
could’ve
been
done.
The
manager
then
proceeded
to
get
rude
again
saying
this
is
an
ongoing
problem
with
my
frappe
which
it
is
when
I’m
paying
for
extra
caramel
and
I
never
receive
what
I
paying
extra
for
but
this
had
nothing
to
do
with
my
order
and
she
gets
an
attitude
and
state
you
can
cancel
your
order
on
the
mobile
app
and
I
asked
her
to
show
me
where
I
can
get
a
refund
from
the
mobile
app
and
the
manager
couldn’t
find
the
info
to
do
so
which
means
that
she
is
not
knowable
of
a
system
that
they
operate
in
their
establishment
which
is
not
good
at
all.
All
asked
was
for
my
frappe
I
paid
for
nothing
else.
This
establishment
has
very
poor
customer
service
from
the
manager
to
the
crew
of
employees.
I
have
had
enough
with
this
establishment
and
it
gets
no
where
and
this
definitely
needs
to
be
fixed
and
if
I
don’t
get
a
response
back
about
this
issue.
I
will
leave
a
review
on
yelp
and
google
because
they
are
not
fast
with
drinks
nor
food
which
this
is
a
fast
food
chain
in
the
fast
food
industry.
