I honestly only go to Hyvee for birthday cakes. which are AMAZING and cost sufficient!! thats honestly the only reason for 4 stars.

I got breakfast from the Market Grill this morning and I an highly disappointed. Usually I have a great experience, but not today. The eggs were burnt/brown, cheese hard and thick and the potatoes a bit dry. The ham chunks were dry as well. It's like the meal was sitting a while before I arrived. I don't live far so it shouldn't have taken as long as it did. They also sent the message my food was ready after I picked up my order. Not sure if I will order from this location or get that three meat scramble again. I didn't even get to eat it, that's how bad it was. $10.89 wasted 😔

Clean store with a Starbucks coffee, deli and bakery. It's a little hard to get around because the displays are setup so it only allows 1 song cart at a time enough space, you can't even walk around sometime with a cart so you end up waiting or going back and around which is a bit annoying. The store is bright with a good selection of groceries, a small beer and wine aisle (no liquor). Self check out was a mess, half the items required a staff member to ring up so it took longer than usual. It has room for improving but week do the trick is your in the area and need groceries, a coffee or beer.

Great handy location. We went to Front street today, via 435, this was handy. Very nice store. The only unusual thing (maybe) is the gas station is across the road. No bigee, just first time we've noticed that. Will remember for later trips.

Love hy vee. Great deals. Friendly staff. Awesome prices on booze. They make shopping easy. Get fuel points and use them at the gas station in the same parking lot. They make it easy. Super deals on items and lots to sample inside the store.

Just tried their breakfast. Huge waste of money! First I changed my order to 'to go' but they brought it out on a plate. The eggs were the only things half way edible. Bacon was rare at best, toast had 'butter' (or whatever kind of grease they used) in the center of the bread only and the fruit looked like it had been sitting around for days. I didn't want to deal with the kid that had rang me up so I called immediately and talked to the kitchen manager. Since I wasn't given a receipt I was just out of luck. So, definitely would not recommend!

Overall I like the store. I'm the past I used to get the Chinese food in front in the steam table. However lately I have gone in later in the day and noticed the food was very dry and not appearing to be fresh at all. I understand towards the end of the day of making food and possibly going to waste. But you need to have fresh food. Who wants to eat food that has been sitting in the steam table for hours.

hyvee has became my favorite store to shop. Love their cake selections sometimes i don’t even have to order i just pick up ..

I prefer HyVee to other grocery chains. However this one can be hit or miss on what you need depending on when you go. If you just need a few things or something common it's convenient. But if you have a lengthy shopping list or anything that isn't common you might want to try the one off Noland and 40 Hwy or a different location.

The reason why I gave Hyvee a one star a supervisor name Rosie in the deli was very rude to me for no reason she stated she did not hear me called the cheese by name so I pointed at it. She still was rude! We have to be careful how we talk to people and treat them You never know what people are going through!! Rosie could have put a smile on my face but she chose not too. When in Leadership you have to rise above!!!! Please learn to be nice Ms Rosie. You never know who’s life you can change for the good are the bad!!!?

Decent place to shop, and the isles are not as wide as Price Chopper for sure, and sometimes long lines to get checked out due to self checkout isles. Pricing is definitely higher, in my opinion. There gas deals have eroded over the last year or two. After a certain time, there's only one way in one way or due to theft. Sad to see that happen, but better safe than sorry.

This is always a quick visit, no matter the number of people. They are just on top of their work here. I am thoroughly impressed with the wide range of culture they brought on board. This HyVee location has quite a diverse group of employment and seems to work out great for them. Good job team!

Always sooo friendly. Was pretty busy today, Pharmacy was super busy! But, they were quick working. Store only had 3 checkouts open. So that might have had something to do with the lines. 😊 Always a relatively painless. 💞

the experience is great at hyvee on 350 highway. for we know that its always one that spoils what ever type of bunch it maybe. Phenomenal customer service. Its obvious that they train their employees how customer service really works.

Very clean, convenient and helpful people. I couldn't believe how over the top the customer service was not only at the food area but also have to check out they made it simple and understandable. All my needs are met there and then some. I appreciate you guys

They've got a good assortment of Gluten free food 😁. Normal food is abundant too. My bank is there which is a huge perk. People are nice and helpful 👍. I wish they had more gluten free options though...

Shopped here for years! Love the people, nice to see longevity in the employees, says alot about where you work. Prices are good, sales are great and the Perks plus card is wonderful!!! Can always find what I need!

I recently visited Hy-Vee and was appalled by the way they treated their employees. The store manager was rude and condescending to the employees in front of customers, and the overall working conditions were terrible. The food was sub-par, and it was overpriced compared to other grocery stores. The customer service was also extremely poor, with employees not getting back to customers in a timely manner. I would not recommend Hy-Vee to anyone and would advise people to stay away from this place.

I'm a little disappointed in the service with grocery pick up service as of late, seems to never fail that when I order meat it's expired and I'm having to call to complain to swap it out. It seems damn near deliberate at this point where your selecting expired goods given the chance. I'll be happy to change my rating once I start seeing better results from the service.

The best grocery store in the Raytown area based on variety and an abundance of choices compared to other nearby grocers. If you catch special deals and sales you can really save money but on the other hand, some items were priced much higher than other metro stores. There is a decent size natural/gluten free selection, but again, many item are over priced. The store can be very busy in the evenings and on weekends. The pharmacy is popular, thus often requiring a wait even when you meds are ready for pick-up. The pharmacy drive through is poorly designed, leaving a line of running cars straight across the front of the store.

In and out in a flash! Just needed a few items, but couldn't find one. I ask one of the stockers, and they walked me over to the item. The cashier was fast and curious as well! Even gave me a new discount card on the spot! I will highly recommend to my family and friends!

Awesome employees! Will drop whatever they're doing to help you! It's pretty pricey but they have great things to just take home and bake!

We got cheesecake at the bakery. Very good!! I'm glad we don't have a Hy-Vee in my town because I'd be getting a cheesecake every week. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We have always loved their pudding cakes. My husband likes them for his birthday cake. I reached for a blueberry one at the bottom of the pile. It was SO DRY, it HAD to have been an old cake with a new label. The label claimed it had 5 more days to go before expiring. Plus, the left over food in the refrigerator section, LIDS just pop off.

I don't normally leave reviews unless I am completely taken back by the experience or quality of product & I just couldn't believe how well this Bakery clerk did such an amazing job on this cake for a co-workers bridal shower at the office this past Friday! I attached a photo of what the results were after only explaining over the phone that I needed the icing in light flowers & deep flowers & asked for an assortment of different shapes of ones on the border! I was stunned to see how well they did on it. I'm holding up the card we had made to show the similarities for the theme. Katie (bride to be) absolutely loved it! Her wedding is a Gothic type theme the weekend of Halloween & I bought the cake topper that we placed in the middle of the border. I can't believe for that price, we got a cake that looks like this. It was delicious & the whole staff loved it!

Had breakfast here with my boyfriend and daughter @ 7:30 am— it was ALOT of food for the cheapest price! I'm not a fan of French Toast , but theirs is delicious! I didn't really enjoy my breakfast skillet (the potatoes tasted like fried potato chips!!!), but my boyfriend's food was amazing. I'll be ordering his meal from here on out (French Toast combo). And to add, the workers there were so friendly and energetic for it to have been sooo early; loved the energy!

The store is clean, organized and the workers are friendly. The prices are high except when something is on sale. But I do love that you can get you meat products seasoned with jack stack seasoning.

Ate breakfast at the Market Grille. Thirty dollars wasted. Waffle was hard. Sausage is flat mystery patty. Biscuits flat and hard. Potatoes hard with no flavor. Yuck

Very friendly service. I was actually using the customer service area and banking portion of the store. I did get a few items that were needed. All in all I have no complaints on the visit add shopping I did at the time. Hope they continue the good work.

Went through the self check out the other day. There was a great employee named Kelly she helped me out so much. They are so helpful when I shop there. The people are friendly and always willing to help! Give them the a raise!!!
