This jewelry company is exceptional. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I've taken in several rings to be repaired and the quality of the repaired is impressive. I've had other jewelry stores make repairs on rings in the past. They're work was cheaper done and much more expensive. I really like the quality of the work done and in future recommend and if needed use this Albin's Fine Jewelry again

A few years ago, we took my father-in-law's gold jewelry in to have appraised for sale. We were given the pieces by my mother in law after his passing. The owner was so offensively rude to us... Accusing us of stealing the pieces and lying about her father's death. He also kept calling me "boy" in a purposely rude manner (I was in my mid 30s at the time). My wife even went in a day later to try and tell them how upset we were by the experience and he denied that he ever said anything and accused her of lying. Needless to say... We won't ever return. I am sickened by the thought of my wife's wedding/engagement set having been made there.

My mom, sister and myself have been customers of this jeweler for decades. This business has always been reasonably priced and done excellent work with any jewelry issue we brought to them to have fixed. It’s a wonderful gift to have an integral business like this so close to home. I recommend Albin’s Jewelers to anyone!

This was a first time experience. Albin's was recommended by a friend. The store was small but it was clean and the merchandise was nicely exhibited. The service was good and personnel was friendly, knowledgeable. I took a watch ⌚ to have links taken out the band. The service was performed quickly and for a affordable price. I would recommend 👌 this business to everyone.

I brought in my engagement ring which had one of the prongs fall off. They fixed it, polished it, and even cut the gem I had so that it sparkles and glittered more than it ever had before! They were so worth the time and money! Thank you guys!

Would not recommend for any watch work. They were unable to take out a few links in my new watch I had recently bought. They were pounding on it with a mallet, and ended up damaging one of the links. They just needed to unscrew the link to get it out. They clearly do not know what they’re doing when it comes to watches. It pains me to give them a one star review, because I have used them on resizing rings and bought a wedding band from them years ago but this is just unacceptable for a fine jewelry store.
