I can never say enough good things about this office! I have been going to the eye doctor for over 40 years. Dr. Krause is the bomb! I have never had anyone sit and explain every detail with plastic eyeball parts and pictures and diagrams and internet information like she does. They are consistently courteous! They have gotten me in ASAP when we felt like it was an emergency with my retina history. LOVE it here!!

From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable. The Staff is friendly, full of smiles and Great Service. Dr. Julie Absolutely Amazing!!! 💯 This place is "Life Changing" ...... They take the time to make sure your Eyewear is CORRECT! #1, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Thank you So much advance eyecare, it's been years since I have felt so at ease. Dr Julie is the bomb! She really cared I left with the right products to fit my needs. Rusty is super lovely- very customer focused, so sweet and very good at communicating everything. FIVE star service all around! Highly recommend!

Dr. L and her staff are so caring and compassionate. They take their time with you from start to finish. Was very helpful with picking out the right frames to go with my first pair of progressive lenses. They also gave me some tricks to get use to them. Will definitely be back!

Approached me while I was looking at their frames and told me I needed to take a seat until someone could help me. When I came in I told the receptionist I was going to look at their frames, she didn’t say anything to me then. I just wanted to see what they had as I’m looking around to find what I like. Made me feel very uncomfortable as other customers were watching her basically talk down to me!! I will never go back.

I see I'm alone here but I really hate this group. The doctors may be great but I can never get past the irritating front desk to get to them. I've tried 3 times before and tried the fourth after a long time away and I'm reminded why I've never gone there even though they are a quarter mile from my home. So rude. I'll drive further I think. Ughhhhh!!!!!

Family has been coming here for many years, always great service and very little waiting. Drs and staff very fun and professional. Dr Lafreniere is personable, professional and explains findings and concerns clearly.

The staff is extremely friendly. Although I paid 70.00 extra and the doc never perfected my Rx for contact lenes. Also I paid nearly 600.00 for my 2 girls & myself 1 pair of glasses each. I was insured & within network as well. My daughter glasses disappeared at home in order to replace them it would have been another 300.00. I decided to go elsewhere for us this year. We recieved 2 pair of glasses each for a total of 320.00. But here is the catch, my insurance was out of network. Wow I was highly ripped off last year. I'm not rich so I'll go where the deals are affordable. Also my new eye doc is open til 6pm 6 days a week. I didn't feel rushed and eye exams were tidy unlike this office.

We ordered a $700 pair of eyeglasses from these folks am I watching don't like them but they would not take them back for a refund or replace them. These people are Crooks avoid them at all costs.

Optician great. Desk clerked required my ID to look at frames yet no one asked for ID when I picked up $400 glasses.

I've been going to Advance EyeCare for years, since I was 18. I'm 28 now. Each Doctor has provided exceptional care. The Staff has always been friendly and I appreciate how effecient they are while never skimping on their quality of care. I would always recommend.

I am visiting from Dallas for the CHIEFS/eagles game and forgot my contact lenses! I had my Rx emailed to me and they gave me some contacts! Total lifesavers! True compassionate customer service. I am so in love with this doctor Miss Julie who helped my son 10 years old calm down so we can get eye drops he was very nervous she was very accommodating nice and friendly and child friendly and I just love this place and I love her thank you so much advance eyecare

I've been to several different places. This is by FAR the best. The are ALL so informative and they make you feel incredibly comfortable. I'll never go to another eyecare while I'm I'm this area!!

Was referred here by my girlfriend and was not disappointed. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Jessica at the front desk was so sweet and Ebony was very helpful and honest helping me pick out a pair of glasses that looked right on my face. Great experience!

I’ve lived in Raytown for 3 years and have been coming here since! I never have to wait and all the staff are so nice! Awesome prices on glasses and they help me figure out what the best way to do glasses and contacts are based on what my insurance covers. They’ve also got a lot of unique styles in, too! Love this place.

Nice, professional, and courteous. I found them through my insurance provider and called ahead to ensure they took my insurance. They were wonderful over the phone and I did not wait long for an appointment. I completed my new patient paperwork online and was seen on my appointment day with no problem.
