My
family
has
used
Rick's
for
years.
They
have
seen
all
of
our
cars
and
did
a
great
job.
Recently
though,
my
Father
passed.
My
Mom
took
her
car
to
Rick's
and
they
put
in
a
part
that
didn't
work.
They
admitted
that
they
tried
to
cut
corners
and
that's
why
it
didn't
work
so
we
decided
to
give
them
another
chance
when
the
airbag
light
came
on.
They
came
back
and
said
that
they
were
going
to
have
to
keep
the
car
much
longer
than
expected
(which
is
reasonable)
and
take
apart
the
dash
to
fix
the
airbag
problem.
When
we
got
the
car
back,
the
plastic
"screen"
over
the
odometer
was
cracked,
USB
drives
and
CDs
were
missing,
the
handle
where
the
curtain
airbag
is
contained
is
now
dangling
(clip
broken,
maybe?)
and
the
headlight
is
out
and
will
not
work
when
replaced.
It
sounds
like
the
electrical
is
all
messed
up
now
on
that
side
of
the
car.
I
have
never
been
this
disappointed
to
pick
up
a
car
in
worse
shape
than
when
we
went
in.
It
will
cost
more
to
fix
what
they
have
messed
up
than
to
get
the
stinkin'
airbag
fixed.
I
feel
like
they
never
would
have
sent
this
car
to
us
in
this
condition
if
my
Dad
was
around,
but
since
it's
just
little
ol'
Mom
and
I,
they
did
subpar
work,
over
charged,
caused
more
problems
than
there
were
originally
and
took
advantage
of
us
(and
might
have
even
stolen
the
USBs
and
CDs
we
had
in
the
car).
