SERC Physical Therapy is the best place to go. Their therapy sessions have prevented me from having surgery. The SERC therapists professionally restored my physical well-being following several procedures that required postoperative rehabilitation.

Friendly staff, efficient check in, clean and bright facility, close parking, and range of rehab equipment is good.

After a very traumatic hand accident I received therapy here for several months. Madison was fantastic and helped me through some of the most difficult times in my life. I can't thank her enough for having patience and being sincere and so helpful. My hand will never be normal but I can make it through life just fine! I'm doing well and can do mostly everything I could do before my accident. All of the staff here is wonderful also! Thank you all for being great.

My experience with this place was life changing! Not only did they help get back to 100%, they also educated me throughout the entire experience. A great place to get therapy! While the majority of their clientele is elderly, they do a GREAT job with kids, and special needs kids too! Very impressed and pleased with our experience.

Love this location, I was fortunate enough to work with Erin and Kelce both are great at what they do, and makes your experience as comforting as possible. The rest of the team at this location is friendly and the overall vibe at this location is really fun!! I HIGHLY recommend the South Raytown location of SERC

Jensynn is a phenomenal pelvic floor therapist! I was fully expecting to be having regular appointments for 4+ months, but in 2 months she had me set up to continue on my own at home! She is incredibly thorough and detail oriented. She is so good to work with I was a little sad to be done because she is so great but it feels so good to feel the best I've felt since my second trimester!

Seeking physical therapy prior to my surgery and continuing it after my surgery was probably the main reason why I healed as quickly as I did. A big shout out to Erin, Jensynn and Kelsey. Those ladies worked real hard with me. They pushed me through therapy when I didn't want to be pushed. They all saw me at my worst (before surgery). They saw me come away from there at my best (post surgery). I have nothing but good things to say about Serc and their physical therapists. A good group of people there at the 350 Hwy. location in Raytown, MO. I very highly recommend this location and the people that work there.

The therapists are kind, caring, show concern for your health and progress. They genuinely listen to your concerns to better serve you. They strive to keep a clean/sanitary environment by cleaning each station when a client leaves. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful. Thank you SERC.

The entire staff is awesome! They all work together to make sure you have the best physical therapy to get you on your road to recovery. They are patient, kind and thorough . The cleanliness is very important to the staff as well, they make sure every station is sanitized as soon as you complete your exercise. I had the best experience with them.

I cannot say enough about this location. Everyone is great here! The atmosphere is always welcoming, professional, positive, and friendly. This was my first major surgery, and Kelsey & Erin have made this whole experience easier. Not only do I know they are giving me their best care, they have also educated me along the way, explaining every detail. I have never not once not wanted to go to my physical therapy. I hope I never have to have another surgery, but if I do, and even if I move out to another city, I would travel just to work with Kelsey and Erin for my recovery. -Joe Olinger

Jensine is the best. She helped with my pregnancy pelvis pain so much. I paid my chiropractor over 1000$ with no relief. Literally just 2 visits with Jensine and I'm almost completely pain free. Thank you so much Jensine!!!!

Everyone there is very friendly and nice. They are always checking in on you. Ask about your interests, your career, daily routines, etc. to make that they are helping to make sure that you are able to return to most your normal activities comfortably. If I ever need to have physical therapy again or know someone who does I will highly recommend going to the South Raytown SERC location.

Had total hip replacement. PT scheduled by 3 day. They adjusted my appointments to work with what my insurance would cover vs what I would do on my own. Very flexible on times as well. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I need more PT i will be calling them.
