Tyler M. and Dre F. that worked together at this store this evening at 8:15pm were SO sweet in helping me purchase postage stamps and advise me how many they *thought* I should get for the size envelope I need to mail out. They also let me use some scotch tape to make sure my envelope was sealed and secure. They were so kind and helpful with smiles on their faces the entire time. They display EXEMPLARY customer service and should be recognized for this and displaying that they will go above and beyond for their customers. I just know that I'm not the only one that has had a very positive and pleasant experience with these two gentleman. They just radiate amazing & positive energy. Keep it up Tyler & Dre!! ❤

I'll never get gas here again. $175 authorization hold for a $30 gas purchase is Unethical. I'll be looking into the legalities of this as it has already caused me money damages with the excessive hold amount.

Usually QuikTrip is pretty awesome but perhaps this one was just having a rough day of it. The bathroom was pretty gross and the toilet look like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The floors were sticky throughout the store and the hot food didn't seem to be in rotation as everything was not done yet. I will check it out again and update my review. Hopefully it was just an off-day and that it will be up to the QuikTrip standards we have all come to count on. UPDATE --- bathroom was much better today! 😊 Changing the 3 stars to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came in and accidentally ran into after game crowd in the store. All of the people of color and the staff in the store had on masks. But every White person that came in the store did not have on a mask. One guy walked straight up to the counter with the free masks right there at check out and didn’t put one on and the Cashier said NOTHING. I said something to the young lady behind the food counter and asked why she or some other staff hadn’t passed out masks and she scoffed at me and said “I’m behind the counter what can I do about that?!” - Her mask was old, dirty and ill fitting. When I called the location after I got home the manager was flippant until I told him flat out. The next time I come in if I am there more than 10 minutes and I see more than 5 people in the store without a mask I calling the health department. Them and only then did her take me seriously and apologize. Double mask before going to this location.

They need to get it together I can go anywhere to get candy and drink at night but the main stuff quick trip know for with food an drinks not stocked up for customers to grab why be 24 hours

Bjonee at Store #156 is the best, every time I come there I’m alone wit others are greeted and treated wit the best costumer service, she’s an awesome worker.

DO NOT use debit at their gas pump! They have a three day hold on $175 of your money!

This is the WORST QT EVER!!!!!!!!!! Going to work they have no onions The cheese machine works SOMETIMES I don’t know if it staffing or what but this one is HORRIBLE! I have to drive close to work on 87th to get what I want Get your act together QT Raytown Gas pumps were down Thursday (like 5) A Cadillac was driving around looking for a pump It’s always an issue here

Bravo QT!!! 5🌟’s. This location on 63rd street is the only one I’ve been to where EVERYONE wore a mask inside. The store was clean and well organized,friendly staff, great clientele.

Bathroom was horrible. Trash and what appeared to be poop all over one stall.

I get my gas at this place all the time, the staff is friendly, will great you when you walk in and try to get you in and out. I love Quick so much, I will put $1 of gas in my car just to make it to Quick Trip and fill up. The coffee is always hot, there is so many snack and drink choices, I can never really make up my mind what I want. Bathroom is clean, and always have TP and paper towels. Great place to stop if you are on a road trip, or on you way to work.
