    The staff are rude and arrogant people. There were bugs in the room….The restaurant overcharged us on purpose. It was generally an absolute waste of time and money. Would not do it again.

    I stayed in that hotel for a working mission in Razgrad. The place is clean, warm, the breakfast could have more (local) fruits but is ok. The restaurant serves very good food. For that price, this is a very good deal
